The hotel is simply terrible!!! I do not recommend it to anyone! The room, it seems like after some kind of apocalypse (so called by the security forces "luxury") everything is dirty, the furniture is in terrible condition, no one has ever heard of cleaning there!!! The worst hotel I have ever been to!!!

Good and peaceful evening to all. I got to the hotel by accident - I had to spend the night. I will say this - who plans to spend the night in a hotel, definitely not in this one! First of all, it's light - there is none! Heating - air conditioning that does not work without light ... accordingly, in the room it is 12 degrees ... there is no hot water. Everything, the impression that it has never changed since the beginning of commissioning ... and this is a junior suite for a second ...

My wife was supposed to come to my service for 3 days, I booked the room in advance. I'm calling to confirm because no one even called back, and they say there was no reservation, I'm attaching screenshots so people understand where not to contact. The answer on the phone is, to put it mildly, not friendly!

Doesn't match the photo as on the website, the elevator doesn't work, there is mold, on the website it's one thing, in reality it's EVERYTHING DIFFERENT

2 stars only for the panoramic view. The service is zero. The elevator is out of order (they don't warn you), so if you need anything, you have to go down yourself. We stayed on the top floor. The shower curtains are all moldy, the shower leaks onto the floor. The jacuzzi is leaking. There's no water in the morning, so you can't even wash your face, let alone flush the toilet. It starts leaking after 11 a.m. It was raining in the room, and water was running down the walls. Half the features described were either missing or not working. What is Booking.com looking at? After complaints about the elevator and parking, they didn't want to check us in! I love Kharkiv, but unfortunately, this hotel ruined the whole experience! The staff's response was that the owner had left and doesn't support anything and doesn't want to invest... these are hard times, but turning a hotel like that into what it is now... excuse the expression, but a semi-homeless shelter!

I do not recommend the hotel. The rooms do not match the photos in reality: in the photo they are clean and nice, in real life - shabby walls, yellowed wallpaper falling off, burnt and stained carpet with cracks at the seams, stale bedding with hair, curtains with holes and hanging down, the windows look like no one has washed them for years and even left stains with dirty fingers, there is such a layer of dust on the sconces that it is disgusting to look at. It says on the sign that smoking is not allowed, but the burnt bedspreads and smoky smell say the opposite. The elevator does not work, we had to shuffle with suitcases to the 6th floor. And I booked a junior suite. They asked to show us the suite - the same story. We left the hotel with the desire to take a bath. It was enough for 10 minutes of changing clothes there.

I do not recommend the hotel!! Dirt, unpolite staff, bed sheets not changed!!! just a nightmare, rudeness and arrogance of the staff

Room with terrace and hot tub. Eighth floor. After arrival 'no one will fix anything': the elevator does not work, the glass on the windows is damaged, the phone does not work, the walls are ragged with holes. I could not find the switch for the overhead light. The front door barely closes. In addition: headaches - all from the fact that the TCS tower is at the level of the room, a meter behind the wall

My stay at this hotel left me with only positive impressions. The room was well-cleaned, insect-free, and the bed linens and towels, while not "new," were clean. The room needs some refurbishment, of course, but for now, it's tolerable. The hotel staff was pleasant; I booked through Booking.com. Overall, for the price, it offers good amenities, a central location, and a reasonable price. I highly recommend it!
