Hôtel Campanile

Fah was amazing! Super helpful, friendly and informative. We spent 2 nights. The hotel is basically next to the city centre. Rooms are super comfy, quite. Lovely view and amazing breakfast variety. Fresh fruits, cereals, veggies, different cold cuts, warm full British breakfast, vegan options too. Plenty of choice.

Traffic noise as location is right by main road. Check in was by lovely welcoming people. Room is adequate with free wifi and TV. Shower has little pressure but two shower heads, one large rain type and one hand held but no pressure to bother with. Sink tap doesn’t allow the kettle to fit under but there are glasses to transfer water, albeit it slow. Beware of fridge cupboard, it gets hot on top. Queen size bed is firm but comfortable. Pillows are very soft. I needed two. Staff were very helpful when i couldn’t figure out how to work the hairdryer.

Very convenient location; spacious, well furnished and clean rooms; professional and helping team; nice breakfast! Will be back! Highly recommend the hotel! Friendly recommendation: The chairs in the restaurant need to be thoroughly cleaned of the multiple spots.

Good room and good location

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. Staff were very supportive and helpful. Pav really went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. Car park is across the street.

The place is nice it self. Very clean so big thank you to room service. Reception very slow and not organised no information for guest. Rooms good size but don't understand why give 2 single bed for 1 person instead of one double. Bar service not so good but not everyone was bad. Lovely breakfast and service during it. Dinner-Good food but long waiting time.

Perfect location, homely setting, comfort at its best

Stayed here for one night, 5th May as I was attending a work event the next day. Hotel is very nicely decorated, very clean. Room was great, bed comfy, a good shower, big tv. Ironing board and iron. Power shower. Room overlooked main road but was really quiet. Breakfast choice was good, everything you could want with various dietary options catered for. It was included in the room rate but is apparently £18.95. Your room card controls the lifts, somthing that confused us but is a great security idea.Car parking nearby, short walk from hotel. Hotel very close to bars, restaurants, cinema etc. Would stay again.
