Radisson RED London Twickenham

Me and my partner were visiting for the FUME BBQ festival, which was locatated perfectly just roujd the corner , about 2 miniutes walk (perfrct for afyerwards as we were stuffed! 🤣) When we arrived Pooja & sabina took amazing care of us, heard what we were here for, we got a nice cheeky upgrade for free, the rooms views were incredible. Beds were suoer comfy, all in all a fantastic trip and Pooja and Sabina thannkyou, we will 100% use this hotel again if were in this area.

I stayed for one night as a solo female traveler. The property was very clean and had all the usual necessities such as a shower cap in the bathroom and coffee and hot chocolate sachets. I used the sauna at the adjacent gym and was given a free locker key by reception, who were very professional and kind, particularly Donna who was very friendly and really helpful throughout my stay. The check out time was 12 noon, which is fantastic, and I was able to leave my bags at reception once I checked out as I wanted to explore more of Twickenham and Richmond. I would definitely recommend this stunning hotel!

I was checked in by Sabina, Donna, Pooja and Angelica, who were both incredibly helpful. As someone who travels and stays away frequently, it was refreshing to be greeted by people with genuine personality rather than simply going through the motions of their job. They are a real asset to the company and made a great first impression. Thank you.🙏

Donna and Pooja at reception were great. Very pleasant, friendly and welcoming. Hotel is in great location for what I needed. Definitely would stay again.

We arrived after a long car journey and felt well taken care of from the get go. The staff are very happy to help, rooms are beautifully presented and spotless. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of hot and cold options. Donna and Sabina were wonderful and helped me arrange a late check out.

Poosa is very friendly receptionist 10/10 and hotel is modern
