Le Z Hotel Trafalgar

They tell you the rooms are small but fr it was not possible to open two bags up at once. Air conditioning was out during our stay, which made it pretty miserable. Otherwise would’ve probably been a nice enough (but small) hotel room.

Aside from its location, this hotel has nothing to offer. The room is a mere 8 square meters (including the bathroom). The air conditioning DOESN'T WORK; after setting it to 18°C, it switches (or is switched) to 21°C. There's no way to open the window. Both elevators were out of order (one is constantly being repaired, the other constantly broke down). The staff was unfriendly, especially the one with the short African-American haircut. There's no wardrobe whatsoever. I definitely don't recommend it.

The room is very cramped, but overall it's adequate! Without a doubt, the location is the best thing about it!

In a cubicle, but never a proper room. It's only suitable for one person. They describe it to you, but experiencing it is unbearable. The second person has to crawl to get out of bed. There's no phone to contact reception or for emergencies. Don't choose it unless you're a single person and not claustrophobic. All the Z rooms are like this. First and last.

Great location! The National Gallery is just around the corner! There are subway and bus stops nearby, making it convenient to get around. Although the room is small, the free luggage storage is a great feature!

So close to theatreland, rooms small but not a problem if you're out all the time. Staff are amazing!

The location is ideal; however, the accessible room is really poorly suited to people with normal mobility. There's no chair to put your belongings on, cleaning is only done every two days (the same goes for the bottled water), there's very little storage space, no phone to call reception, and the breakfast doesn't live up to the high price. Despite this, the room is very well soundproofed and the bedding is very comfortable if you're under 1.70m tall.

I regularly stay in hotels for my birthday. This was the first one that didn't even offer a birthday greeting. I politely asked if I could check in an hour earlier. They said I could, but it would have cost £25 for early check-in. In other words, the room was ready, but I wasn't allowed in. The rooms are so small you can't even stand upright next to the bed! Two people have serious problems in this room! Only one person can stand; the other has to wait on the bed. Passing each other was impossible. The hotel staff and the rooms were inadequate.

The room was extremely small with no ventilation, and the emergency lights kept turning on during the night and couldn't be turned off; we had to wait for them to go off by themselves. Plus, we heard the smoke detectors beeping all night.

Very small rooms, very clean and charming, but very small; it's a bit suffocating if you're bothered by small spaces. Very attentive and friendly at reception.
