Hotel Motel One Manchester-St. Peter's Square

A really nice hotel right of St Peter’s Square. Would recommend and I would stay there again.

Visited Motel One Manchester today. We had been seated less than 10 minutes, working with a client, when a staff member approached us unprovoked. We explained we were about to order. During the interaction the staff member literally said ‘you didn’t do anything disrespectful’ yet continued to escalate, refused us service, asked us to leave, and called the police who accused us of assault. The entire interaction is recorded including that admission. We are pursuing this formally through the Equality Act 2010 and the Equality Advisory Support Service. Shocking treatment.

Maria and her girls on the desk were more than friendly and accommodating during our stay. Very central, comfortable bed, window that opens (essential for me as I’m claustrophobic!) and good shower. Couldn’t ask for more ! Thank you for having us :)

Amazing service at the front desk, think his name was Ryan. He called us a taxi and speedy check in when we first arrived and we're late going for dinner. He made sure everything went smoothly for us. Rooms are very clean.

Staff are so lovely! Didn’t get the lady’s name on check in but made me feel welcome. Super clean rooms and great if your on a budget!

Loved our stay in Hotel Motel, we arrived early at 10am and they had a room available already. Very impressed with that. The staff where lovely and its a great location, highly recommend.

Great hotel for a great price ,very convenient location right next to tram stops for a trip to the Etihad, Airport or Trafford centre etc. Within 10 mins walk from train and coach stops. Hotel clean functional .

The beds are really comfortable but you only get a very thin duvet. The AC only has one setting which is 18 degrees and is really cool for 18 degrees. The TVs are big and wide but you cannot watch Netflix/Disney etc on them. The bathroom was good quality. We didn’t try breakfast as it looked ridiculously overpriced for what was offered. There are plenty of cafes around the local area that can do breakfast for much cheaper. Please note, if you need to use the toilets on the ground floor you will need a fob key to access them. Not helpful once you check out and decide you want to sit with a coffee in the lounge area. The WiFi works really well and good enough to watch streaming apps on devices without any issue. Really good that they don’t charge for unlimited WiFi as some places do. The staff were so helpful and informative. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

great location, friendly staff and nice lobby, decent breakfast but the room was lacking some amenities, as in there’s almost none apart from your typical towels and some tea and coffee. there’s no hygiene products or slippers in the room. there’s also no view from the window, kinda feels like you’re in a box.
