I had a wonderful time here. Very quiet and serene atmosphere. Really loved it.

Scott House, comfortable, clean rooms, I used an en suite, single accommodation, worked very well for two days in Oxford. The only problem, if you drive there, is, no traditional car parking on site, but I did fine, and use, a useful road, about three to five minutes walk out the rear of the site, Arnold's Way / Lime Road, see map, all North Hinksey area. If you enjoy walking and cycling, as I do, many interesting footpaths and cycle lanes through to the centre and surrounding areas of Oxford, the Thames and Cherwell rivers, University Parks, Universities, Jericho, Summertown, Marston, Headington, Donnington, Iffley and Cowley etc, no end of eateries, bars and pubs.

It's cheep and cheerful. People living around the area are nice! Eduroam is Eduroam, however the ethernet speeds are ace, hitting around 500mbps down and up! Bedroom is pretty big and comes with a lovely little sink, a wardrobe that doesn't shut properly and a broken radiator (as in its on ALL THE TIME). It also features a tiny kitchen space and living quarters which feels hard to move around. And whilst it's more about the people you live with, The kitchen is messy and has somewhat put me off cooking (coming from someone who loves to cook)! Being that it's so small just means you can't escape from the smells of the bins, pizza box (holding the door open mind) and yesterday's curry. For £80 a week though it's not too bad... It just has some quirks that you'll just need to put up with. Oh.. The bathroom's okay too. Just something on the higher end of basic. Just remember to provide your own toilet paper as the stuff they supply is basically sandpaper!

It's calm and quiet, however, the all building is very old, everything seems to be rusting.
