Winckley Stays

Over the past six months, I've been staying at Winckley Stays, and I must say it's one of the best accommodations I've stayed in the UK. The value for money really is unmatched, as well as the customer service. The attention to detail is amazing. Other places give you the bare minimum and try to squeeze your wallet with extra fees for 'cleaning' or a deposit . More than once, I've been upgraded to better rooms at no extra cost. However, every single room I've been has given me everything I need so my stay is pleasant. Thank you for actually caring for your customers and always being so friendly and professional.

Stayed here recently. The room was beautiful. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. My only mark against the place was 1 how hot the room was considering it was ground floor and no heating on and secondly how stained the chairs at the table were. Very unexpected from this company as I have stayed with them multiple times and rooms have always been spotless.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Bond suite - Room looked fantastic albeit quite cozy, bed was very comfortable, clean, fully equipped kitchenette. However, very thin door with no sound proofing, so when the guest nextdoor came in after midnight banging around I was startled awake. Following morning, repeatedly woken up from 5.30 through until 9, not only by guests but the kitchen staff from the restaurant come in to start prepping just around the corner from the room and you could clearly hear them laughing and joking even with the door shut. No reception staff. Immediately outside the windows of this room are the bins... Not ideal. Also quite a lot of noise from the neighbouring properties carpark outside these single glazed windows. It's a shame about the lack of consideration for noise, if there had been a quality door blocking out noise I would have left a good review.

Secret Garden room - beautiful room, beautiful set up, very romantic. It was clean, smelled great and was very private. The major drawback was that the bed was incredibly noisy. The tiniest movement resulted in squeaking and creaking, and this was a major put off. If not for this, it would have been five stars all around.

Overall enjoyed our stay here. Easy to find and not to far from main town and train station. lovely suprise for the room upgrade thanks. Room was light spacious and clean. Nice little welcome treats, sweets milk tea coffee and biscuits. Restaurant on the bottom floor apparently chefs were on masterchef. Unfortunately the noise from people at Restaurant and banging doors spoilt things a little for us. We were in the j'dore room. We also had a noisy night between 2 and 5am in morning from our neighbours sounded like they were enjoying themselves 🤣🤣🤣.....alot! Would i stay again I'm not sure.

A nice place to stay in a great location in central Preston. A bonus that I managed to get one of their 3 parking spots. Room has a nice little kitchen area with everything you could need. All very clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the whole place smelt of cooking fish - presumably from the kitchen below.

Great place to stay in Preston! The location is perfect. We stayed for one night but would have happily stayed longer,and will be coming back. I'd definitely recommend
