Had a great stay , perfect place near where we needed to be , staff all go the extra nile

Well situated at Woodhall services on the M1 between junction 30 and 31 perfect surroundings with grassed lawns overlooking rolling fields friendly staff rooms are clean and to a good standard easy access to services where there is a waitress whsmith starbucks KFC burger king chopstix overall an enjoyable stay

Great hotel good location, food places including KFC and burger king just a short walk away. Lovely polite staff that are very helpful. Cleanliness is exceptional.

Reception staff were lovely and friendly and room was very clean. I felt ripped off to be charged an additional £5 to park my car, even as a blue badge holder. I had already bookd and paid for my room and was unable to cancel it at that point. I wasn't informed of this extra £5 parking charge until check in, which for me was close to midnight. Breakfast was also £2 more expensive if you booked via the hotel than if you paid direct at the services. The walk from the hotel to the services (where breakfasts are served) was procarious. At the services there was only fast food options and expensive sandwhiches at Waitrose. There is nothing in the area to obtain food. A pub an12 mionute walk along the pavement-less roads only offers basic bar food during limited hours on selective weekdays. These days and hours are on a chalk board outside their door dexpite what their website and googs says. Sadly no food at all on a Sunday. All in all I do not recommend this hotel due to the hidden parking charge and lack of no-fast-food availability. I don'

A very nice and affordable stay with direct access to the motorway. The rooms come with actual (though shallow) baths, as well as showers. Rooms are generally quiet but I'd recommend requesting one on the carpark side of the hotel; those facing the motorway can be a little noisy

Short stay but all the staff were great and respectful

My stay here was very pleasant, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfy and the staff were just fantastic!!

Basic, but extremely cheap and ideal for a stop off on route up the M1. Staff are really friendly and welcoming, a credit to their employer.

So they list their rooms on ALL the different booking sites, then charge you an extra £5 for parking if you book through any of them. Go figure? If you want people to book direct then remove yourself from all the booking sites - oh no, of course then you would lose all the exposure 🤔. It’s not about the money it’s about the shady way you’re doing business. Poor. No response expected. Oh and by the way - the place in is dire need of renovation. I wasn’t expecting much but blimey it’s ropey!
