Health club & Spa very good, recently revamped, which is okay. Only thing still missing is the spa pool. Jacob new manager has added improvements & is engaging. Kieran excellent as normal.
Me and 3 friends went for a spa day at Parkhall 19/7/25. Two of us had a facial and the other 2 had a full body massage. We all said it was amazing. I've had a facial before but this was next level. The girls are fabulous at their job. We had afternoon tea too with prosecco. The food was so delicious and there was definitely enough for us. We all left full and happy. We didn't use the gym but walked passed it a few times. There looked to be plenty of equipment. The pool was big enough for doing laps. I was abit gutted there was no jacuzzi but I think there is one being built. I used the sauna a few times during the day. That was nice has their was no one else using it. All of the facilities are clean and done to a high standard. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and very professional at their jobs. Me and my friends definitely recommend Parkhall for a spa day.
We didn’t stay in the hotel just went for a spa day If your booking a day there in the spa with treatments here are a few things to be aware of Staff are friendly and really nice It has the amenities but the whole area is small Now for the down side. If you are spending a day there you are going to get hungry with swimming sauna and steam room which can drain you All the other places we have been to offer food and a selection of drinks Here there is no food and to make matters worse you can’t even take your own which leaves you either starving or having to leave early Which when you have drove 90 mins is not good There was a machine for tea and coffee But the milk was just left in a plastic cup No fridge and in a warm conservatory The outside needs tiding up to the rear of the building had a few tables and chairs out side but looked dirty and all over The pool Is very small luckily when we went there was never more than 5 people in the place There was only 4 loungers and there not round the pool in a separate room although you could see the pool It definitely needs money spending on it And the refreshments needs to be addressed Even a vending machine to get snacks and one for different drinks would have been nice It’s a pity Cus the hotel is only a few metres away surely the kitchens could sort something Just remember if you go for longer than a couple hours and it’s busy you won’t have anywhere to sit It’s fine for a quick visit but generally needs improvement Feel sorry for to be staff who were brilliant
Had a spa day booked with 2 treatments and spa access. Hotel is in the middle of being refurbished and it needs to be as it’s quite worn down. Pool was very small, only drink facilities are a machine which makes no sense so you need a member of staff to help you (took ages to find one) or a water (warm) tap in the changing rooms. Spa treatments were lovely with the ladies, had a pedicure after and the day after the nail gel had chipped. Expensive for what it was we had.
Me and my daughter visited today for a spa day brought by my husband as a present, what can I say the place is run down and needs a revamp, we were told they had no bathrobes or slippers and hadn't got any as they were waiting for a delivery ( spa shocking) No coffee as the machines were broken as were the water machines ??, the lounge areas especially the furniture needs replacing as you can see by photos, the pool area was really small and inadequate for a recognised spa, the only upside were the treatments were good eg: facials and massages, all in all a poor experience and not worth and ⭐️
The spa was amazing, felt really relaxed. My therapist Jaz was really professional, really good customer service and gave the best treatments. I would definitely come again and definitely use the spa again if you have more people like Jaz working there 😃
I booked a spa day and it was one of the most enjoyable experiences! The staff was lovely, the girl at reception, Jaz, was very friendly and she looked after us. The treatment was really nice and Jaz was lovely, she’s a very nice lady asset to the company. Good at selling, we wanted only one treatment but Jaz convinced us to book more which was absolutely worth it. Will definitely come back to spa.
Booked a full body deep tissue massage at the Park Hall health club and spa after a really long week at work and the massage therapist Amy did an amazing job releasing the knots in my back and legs. Felt so relaxed afterwards, well worth the drive from birmingham and I’m looking forward to the next time I can go back!
AVOID AT ALL COST. The booking online with their third party company called spaseekers.com went smoothly and they took my money for £160.00 for a Rejuvenation Spa day at PARK HALL HOTEL AND SPA WOLVERHAMPTON. I received the necessary booking emails. I got up at 8am to be there on time for 10am. As soon as i got there the girl behind the counter at reception who was heavily made up asked for my booking. I showed her my booking and she checked on the computer. She looked up with a blank emotionless face "we have no booking for you and there is no availability for you today to have a spa" I was shocked then upset when the realisation dawned on me that they had messed up. She proceeded to say that they had not received my booking from SPASEEKERS via email and she also asked if i had received a confirmation courtesy call from PARK HALL SPA . The lack of professionalism and lack of customer service was diabolical. The lack of care and consideration was very hurtful and cutting. She basically said they can not do anything for me. I had driven all that way, paid 160.00 for what I presume was a professional service and then got turned away. Zero apology, no managers was consulted or alternative days offered for a spa, no compensation for my time wasted. I would most probably turn it down anyway. I just wanted a refund by this stage. I called Spa seekers and it took 30 mins to even speak to anyone. The woman on the call said they did email PARK HALL SPA my booking details and they don't know why they have not received it and put it down to human error. She said she will refund my £160.00 within 5 working days. I am still waiting for my money. I was so disappointed and upset because I had been looking forward to a relaxing day. The knots in my back had knots. I had to go back home massage less and more stressed than I left out. It was a nightmare experience. My Partner,s advice was if your going to book through a third party then check with the company that your having your service with that they have your booking directly. Its never a good idea to leave it to these in-experienced, inconsiderate and unprofessional people that half the time don't know what they are doing anyway.
