Hôtel intelligent 1828

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everything was clean and comfortable. What made the stay exceptional was the service, especially from Nicholas. He was attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. From recommendations to quick assistance, he really made a difference and made me feel valued. The rooms were spacious and well-kept, and the overall ambiance was relaxing. While all the staff were pleasant, Nicholas truly stood out.

I stayed at 1828 Hotel in Palermo Soho and overall had a pleasant stay, with a few aspects that left me feeling it did not quite meet my expectations for the price. The positives first: the location is very good, right in the heart of Palermo Soho and close to plenty of restaurants, bars, and local attractions. The hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly and kind throughout, and the welcome glass of Prosecco on arrival was a nice touch. That said, I personally expected a little more from the overall experience given the rate. The room felt quite basic, the lift was very slow, and the pool is quite small. None of these were major issues, but they did affect the overall impression. It is by no means a bad hotel, and the strong location and friendly service are definite positives. I just felt there are other options in Buenos Aires that may offer slightly better overall value, depending on what you are looking for.

It's truly a very welcoming and aesthetically beautiful hotel. It's very close to Movistar Arena, so if you're going for shows, it's perfect. They have 24-hour food service, and the staff is very attentive. I want to highlight Horacio's help; he was incredibly kind and helpful at all times. I forgot a package I had purchased, and he personally committed to sending it so I wouldn't have any problems. I highly recommend it. It's quiet, safe, comfortable, clean, and has a SUPER attentive staff, especially Horacio, who was a sweetheart.

Amazing location, easy to walk to bars and restaurants. Also on a quiet street which is nice when getting into an Uber. Staff was fantastic, easy to text down to the desk if you need anything. Very clean and beds were comfortable.

I’m appalled… for the amount of 5 stars this hotel has received, it is not congruent with what you receive when you walk through those doors. I purchase the deluxe suite and it was far from it. The wooden bed frame was scuffed up and had stains the moment I walked in. The sliding doors have not been cleaned in some time as evident by the dirty threshold. The tub outside was dirty. I said I’ll let this pass and go workout downstairs in their gym… Treadmill almost gave out from under me at 10km/h speed and when I went to wash up after my workout, the bathroom had bug flying in and out of the toilet areas and the soap dispenser had a solidified substance on top that has been there for quite so time. Details are lacking from a hotel that is supposedly 4 stars. I had to check out not even 2 hours from checking in. Choose another hotel. Horacio was kind so that was a plus, but only positive I have to say.

Absolutely wonderful boutique hotel. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the entire team. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, making everything effortless for us. The hotel was always very clean. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing (and romantic) getaway. Our room was immaculate and beautifully prepared with a thoughtful romantic setup, which made our experience even more special. The breakfast was truly outstanding, delicious, fresh, and healthy. The pool and the entire boutique setting were simply beautiful. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would gladly return!

I thought it was bigger. You're surprised at how much smaller it is in person compared to the photos. I went with my daughter and two dogs, a poodle and a miniature Yorkie. The night employee was the best! The bar girl was also very helpful. The room was very nice. It's literally a 4-star pet hotel. I stayed two nights.

This is a great small boutique hotel and I wish we had spent more time here. Common areas like breakfast are amazing, small but sophisticated. Rooms are very comfortable, good size and quiet. The pool was amazing during the summer days and a good way to refresh and recharge after a long day walking the city. Staff was amazing, breakfast was very good, location is quiet and a little tucked away from the busy streets. All and all a great experience and would love to come back. No big families, no screaming kids, no splashing in the pool. Just like an adult traveler needs and it’s highly appreciated in a small hotel.
