A paradise

Excellent place. We felt very comfortable. We went as a family and were able to relax and enjoy every day of our stay. Very peaceful, everything was very clean, and everyone who served us was very friendly.

It's a beautiful place, surrounded by nature. The service is excellent and they are attentive to all guest requests. The location is unbeatable. I highly recommend it.

The location is lovely, with natural surroundings and trees. The building is old and poorly maintained. The breakfast is meager, lacking fruit (despite being advertised as a full breakfast), and the bread is stale. The service leaves much to be desired. If you ask or request something several times, it's clear they're annoyed. If you buy prepared food, they don't offer to heat it up, as the microwave is for "internal use only." The pool is nice. It's not very big, but it's clean. I had the misfortune that on Saturday night, in the wing next to mine, some couples moved in and made a huge racket in the hallways from midnight until 2 a.m., which no one seemed to hear. There's supposed to be a security guard at the front desk, but there's no phone in the room, and there was no way to report it, since the rooms and cabins face the park. The bathtub leaked, and the bathroom floor was flooded. He was warned repeatedly, but nothing was done... in short: if you want a terrifying weekend... this is the place...
