Overall, it was good. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious with several options. The rooms were clean, but the pool was quite dirty, as were some of the common areas. A few things, like the shower, could use some maintenance. Keep in mind that it's a half-hour walk from the city center, which is a bit inconvenient; having a car is definitely necessary for a longer stay. The view from the rooms is very nice.

I love the hotel; it's super cute. The views are incredible. The food in the restaurant is exquisite, and the service is excellent. One downside is that you have to book a time slot for breakfast. If you want to relax a bit, this isn't the best option.

The hotel boasts a great location, just a few kilometers from the civic center and right at the beginning of the Circuito Chico (São Francisco Circuit), with easy access, excellent service, large and comfortable rooms, very good facilities, and a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. The staff's service is also wonderful.

Amazing place, everything was excellent from the staff who were extremely friendly, the very varied breakfast, the incredible restaurant with delicious dishes, the beautiful room with a divine view and the wonderful surroundings...highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

Excellent value for money in Bariloche. I stayed in the suite (very large) with a lake view and a bathtub in the room. The restaurant was good with average prices, and the breakfast was also good. The staff service was 10/10. A round of applause! It's really worth it, and it's not expensive at all. You can get great prices through Nubank.

We had a wonderful few days, I have absolutely no complaints. The food was delicious, the breakfast was very generous and plentiful, the room with a lake view was a real treat, the location is fantastic, and the staff were all very attentive. It's a great hotel for relaxing. My only suggestion for the hotel would be a quieter motor for the jacuzzi and a small playground for children. We went without children this time, but if we plan to go with kids, it's something they could improve.

The hotel is strategically located, boasts the best lake views, is close to the civic center, and its rooms are spacious and well-laid out. The pool is immaculate, the spa is comfortable, and everything invites you to relax and enjoy yourself. I want to highlight the attention and kindness of Tomás, who ensured our stay was pleasant, always attentive and helpful. If you go to Bariloche, this is the best place to stay!

Excellent in every way! From the attentive and friendly staff to the superb, varied, and delicious breakfast, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the heated pool with its stunning views was simply exceptional! The reception staff are incredibly helpful, and if your room is upstairs, they'll shuttle you to and from your room in the hotel's vans 24/7. They also allow you to store your luggage and use the hotel facilities after check-out if your flight departs late. The staff's warmth and hospitality are outstanding, and combined with the comfort and views, it's a perfect 10! We will definitely be back!
