Santa No Soy Bar

A niece of ours liked the place and invited us to visit... but the day we went it was very slow... so I can't really give an accurate assessment.

Everything's fine, but the bathroom is a dump (literally).

I had a frustrating experience due to an employee's lack of preparedness. Even after agreeing to order just one draft beer with the first attendant, who was incidentally very polite and helpful and also an elderly gentleman, I was pressured by another employee into taking two glasses, ignoring my explanation that I was alone and there was no table to sit at or even to leave my drinks. Besides the rudeness and authoritarian tone, at the end he told me, "Next time you come here to pour, talk to me and not him because I'm the one who pours draft beer." The technical service was poor, as the beer was served without a head. There is a lack of training and courtesy in customer service.

I've been a few times, it's a cool place, affordable prices, and it's fun when the party starts, although the dance floor isn't very big. If you're going to Largo da Ordem, it's worth stopping by.

I liked the place. However, I didn't really enjoy the service! Sometimes places are so nice, but the lack of good service ruins it!

It was a really cool outing, the place is very nice (even though it's located in Largo da Ordem). The prices are affordable and it wasn't too crowded when I went.
