If you want a peaceful experience in Curitiba, avoid this hotel. We made our reservations two months in advance with an employee named Luciane, and upon arrival, we discovered that she hadn't made the reservations. We wasted over two hours trying to convince the hotel to find us another room, as this one was full. With great difficulty and a lot of wasted time, they sent us to the Batel Prime. This one didn't have enough blankets in the room. I went down to reception to get some, and they only had one; I needed two. The receptionist said they didn't have any more. I had to be rude and tell him to figure it out himself. He took one from another room and brought it to me. I do not recommend any hotel in this chain.

Hotel with excellent infrastructure, in a prime area of ​​Curitiba close to shopping malls, friendly and attentive staff. I will definitely return!
