Central Palace Hotel : un palais au cœur de la ville

The room was nice and the staff were friendly, but I believe there's one main point that needs improvement... 1 - To begin with, the bathroom had a pipe leaking foul-smelling water. According to a hotel employee, it was due to construction work upstairs (where does hygiene come from? 🤮) 2 - Nobody cleaned the room, and they didn't care if we needed it cleaned. I spent days there with the bathroom completely wet (because the shower stall was less than half the size and everything got wet!!!) I had to ask... 3 - I believe the air conditioning needs maintenance! 4 - Breakfast, starting at 7:30 am (a time that we couldn't even have for tours that leave early), and with few options. In short, regardless of the price we paid (which wasn't cheap at all), cleanliness and hygiene come first! If everyone who stays in the room I stayed in makes these same complaints, they'll lose more and more guests!!!! If I ever return to Fortaleza, without a doubt, it's a place I will NEVER stay again!!! And I certainly wouldn't recommend it!!!

Convenient location and great price.

It's conveniently located, if that's what you chose. But the website says it's three blocks from the beach, and it's actually three kilometers away. There's no soap or glasses in the room. It's a real hassle trying to get the staff to understand you; they don't even make an effort. The towel policy is only every three days. Anyway, with this information, anyone who needs it can decide for themselves.

The accommodation was very good, I recommend it, and it has a great location close to several tourist attractions.

My first experience was very good, all the staff were attentive, discreet and respectful. The place was clean, cozy, airy, with a wonderful view. Breakfast on the terrace is a luxury. Friendly staff, from reception to the kitchen. I will definitely return many more times.
