Great place, good service.

We spent our January 2026 vacation there. The hotel is simple, but cozy, everything is spotless!!! Delicious breakfast!!! I highly recommend it!!!!

Hi!!! Just wanted to share my thanks to the staff at this hotel. Both the service upon our arrival and the cleanliness of the rooms were excellent. The food offered at breakfast was very varied: cakes, breads, juices, sensational tapioca, amazing crepioca... My children, mother, and husband can attest to that! They only had praise. We spent 4 days (April 16th to 19th) with my family and I highly recommend having this experience with you. I didn't notice if there was a bar by the pool. If you don't have one, please add one! Because the view is incredible 😃 and becomes an attraction in itself for guests who want to enjoy it from up there. Only one of my children went swimming, as we had to leave early to go to the Guns N' Roses concert! Thank you 🙌 I highly recommend you and I hope to visit Fortaleza again soon; the coastline is incredible too.

We had serious problems with this hotel!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL! On the first day, we arrived exhausted, dead tired... we missed a flight and the next one was 5 hours later... my 7-year-old daughter had been awake since 4 am. We arrived at the hotel, checked in, went to room 702, and immediately had problems opening the door. It was an old-fashioned card lock (I had seen one like this on a trip to Cancun in 2007, at the time it was all the rage). We tried 1, 2... 3 times... it opened. Okay... we left our things, took a shower, and went to dinner on the beach. When we returned around 8:30/8:40 pm, we tried to enter the room and couldn't - several attempts and nothing - I contacted reception. Unbelievable... only 1 employee for EVERYTHING at night! Reception, attending to the rooms and resolving issues like this... he was extremely helpful (hence the 3 stars for service, otherwise...) then he went upstairs with a machine (similar to the one John Connor uses in Terminator 2 to withdraw money from ATMs), entered some codes into the digital lock and nothing happened. I clearly noticed that he wasn't trained to perform such a repair. I asked if there wasn't a "master key" since there's a physical space in the lock for inserting a key... and then, to top it all off... he replied that THERE IS NO SUCH KEY! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE??? You have a system that doesn't have any backup in case of a problem?! My tired and stressed daughter started crying when the hotel manager (Roberta - very rude, in a situation where the hotel is completely at fault, still responding to me in a completely petulant and impatient tone) said that the locksmith would take 40 minutes to arrive and fix it... my wife had been wearing contact lenses for 14 hours... we were all tired and wanted to take a hot shower and sleep. The receptionist put us in room 803 while the locksmith fixed the door problem. An hour later, with my girls fast asleep in bed, I gathered all our things from room 702 (3 suitcases and 3 backpacks/bags) by myself and went up to 803. In the middle of the morning - which was okay - the floor under our table - a tile of about 25x25cm at most - had a leak that my wife slipped on. The bathroom in room 803 exuded an absurd smell from the shower drain... when we entered the room there was sand on the floor. We went out today and returned to find the room "clean," but the floor was still sandy! Nobody swept! The TV remote didn't work; I had to ask for a replacement... THERE IS NO CABLE TV... when I questioned the receptionist, he told me there was a Chromecast available... I accepted... tried to install it, and nothing!! It didn't work!! PS: I have the same device at home! And this was only our SECOND DAY. We still have 3 more to go! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! DO NOT STAY HERE! Go to Hotel Diogo, which is MUCH BETTER! We've been to the city before and stayed there. Everything was excellent!
