We stayed at the Hotel Tintto for 3 days and the reception service was respectful and polite. As for the cleanliness of the room, the organization, and the cleanliness of the bathroom were 100%, nothing to complain about. The premises are sanitized daily. The breakfast is quite simple, the variety isn't huge, but it certainly satisfies expectations and everything is very tasty. In short! It's a place close to everything, a good location, and we will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend it. The only downside is that in the rooms facing the avenue, because there is no soundproofing, the noise from cars, motorcycles, buses, and trucks is very loud for a good part of the night and starts again early in the morning. Otherwise, it's all good.

Great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, and a fantastic pool with a small whirlpool. Everything was very relaxed and lovely.

The hotel has a very good structure and its location is excellent. The pool and restaurant area is good. The rooms, although small, have excellent beds and the cleanliness of the premises is great. The negative point is that, being a hotel in a central area and on one of the main avenues of Fortaleza, there is external noise that disturbs the peace of the guests. The hotel should have invested in soundproof windows. My room had a balcony and a lot of noise came in, from cars and motorcycles to people talking on the sidewalk. The hotel has parking, but it is paid separately. I paid R$35.00 per day.

It's impossible to sleep; there's live music about 100 meters from the hotel that goes on until 2 a.m. They give you earplugs in the room, so it's to be expected. They should install either double-glazed windows or double-pane windows.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and indignation regarding the service and the situation I experienced during my stay on June 22, 2026. I made the reservation and paid via Pix (Brazilian instant payment system). BEFORE going up to the room, I informed them that two other professionals would be coming to the hotel to take photos of me. Even though I had previously informed them of this purpose, I was allowed to go up to the room. However, only after I was already in the room, settled in, with all the preparations done, including cake, makeup, EVERYTHING! was I informed that the professionals would not be allowed to enter. This information was only given after the service was contracted and after I was already inside the establishment, causing an extremely embarrassing and frustrating situation, especially since it was a special moment: MY BIRTHDAY. When I questioned the situation, I was informed that if I wanted to take the photos inside the room, I would have to pay an additional fee of R$ 2,500.00. Details: the photos were TAKEN INSIDE THE ROOM. I emphasize that, as an alternative, I offered to pay the daily rates of the professionals involved in the work, including the photographer and videographer, so that the hotel would not suffer any loss. However, even so, initially no adequate solution was presented. After approximately 3 hours of conversation/attempt at resolution, I was attended to by the manager, who informed me that it was simply a matter of "hotel rules". I understand that internal rules can exist, but they must be clearly and promptly communicated to the consumer, especially before contracting and paying for the service, as provided for in the Consumer Protection Code, which guarantees the right to adequate and transparent information. Furthermore, the way the whole situation was handled caused embarrassment, emotional distress, and harmed the experience I expected to have during my stay. I PAID TO BE MISTREATED. And even wanting my money back, they said I didn't have that option. Because I had already gone up to the room (I emphasize that I stated the purpose of my stay before going up to the room, and even so they accepted my money and escorted me upstairs). After the advance payment of the professionals' daily rates, the photos were authorized, but with imposed limitations, including: DAILY RATES PAID, and only inside the room, because outside it was R$2,500.00. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them; it seemed like they were extorting me, plus parking for GUESTS costs R$30.00 per day. I paid for the experience and ended up feeling mistreated. If there were no cameras, only iPhones, would I have to pay R$2,500.00? I was thinking about that... Within this concept, NO ONE can take photos in the hotel? Totally contradictory. It seemed like they weren't concerned about the customer experience, but only about MONEY.
