Cheap and really bad, the staff are super rude and besides the disorganization of the place, even with the "do not clean" sign on the door they enter the room, at a certain time they come knocking on the doors to see if you are about to leave, if you want to get angry I recommend it, plus if you arrive in the middle of the night you have to see if they want to open.

My experience at this hotel was terrible. I stayed in room 216 and I consider it important to warn other guests: the room is extremely small and very noisy. It faces the street, the window's soundproofing is insufficient, and the curtain doesn't adequately block out external light, which significantly impairs sleep quality. Furthermore, the breakfast was disappointing compared to other hotels in the same price range and even within the same chain, such as Oft Place. Neve's is undoubtedly of inferior quality; the bed was falling apart, springs were sticking out… As a point of attention for anyone planning to stay here, I recommend requesting a different room than 216 in advance, if available, to avoid the space and noise problems I encountered during my stay.

Terrible, the elevator makes a dreadful noise when used; at this hotel you pay NOT to get any rest.

The hotel accommodations are simple, the breakfast is tasty, and the cleaning staff is very friendly. However, the bathroom experience left much to be desired; the toilet flush is weak, the shower is terrible, and to make matters worse, on my last day of stay, the hot water ran out. The worst part was the lack of proactivity from reception; I called several times and they showed no empathy or intention to resolve the problem. A total lack of respect for the guest.

The shower was clogged, spraying water everywhere. We went to reception to ask them to fix it, and the receptionist responded with a look on her face as if it were absurd that we were complaining. We arrived at night in the room and it wasn't fixed. Poor service.

I traveled on business with my family and we were very well taken care of on the first day, but the next day, with another receptionist (a blonde), we were mistreated. She didn't greet us, didn't look us in the face, and wasn't polite. When we asked to leave the key, she just said "put it there," and when my mother politely asked to pick up the key again, she threw the key on the counter far away from her, as if she didn't care at all about providing good service. Honestly, I don't know how she still works there, because there's no explanation for keeping such a rude person at reception. The chambermaids and cooks are great people and very well-mannered, as are the other two receptionists we met.

We booked a room for five people and I was pleasantly surprised. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, the hotel provides towels and blankets, the air conditioning was working perfectly, and so was the shower. The shower is a bit tricky to use, but we got the hang of it and the water came out at the ideal temperature. The location is great, everything is very centrally located, and the breakfast is excellent with many food and drink options. My only complaint is about the parking garage, as it's a rotating system, there's no assigned parking. If you manage to get a spot, someone else leaves and you have to wait for another person to leave or park in front of the hotel, but that wasn't a problem for us. I was a little apprehensive, but I really liked the place and I recommend it to others.
