Located in the glorious and decadent Praça da Saudade, the place offers one of the best alcoholic value-for-money options in the city. A 2-liter caipirinha for R$40. That's right: two liters. For forty reais. Cheaper than that, you'd have to plant the sugarcane and ferment it in your bathroom. The atmosphere? Let's see: noisy, cramped, sweaty, weird, diverse, slightly unhealthy — and that's why I keep coming back. The vibe is like the end of a fair with a rave spirit. Some people wear heels, some wear flip-flops, and nobody's there to socialize. Everyone united by a single purpose: to get wasted. Now, an important detail: the surroundings. Praça da Saudade, with its tropical post-apocalyptic energy, is an experience in itself. I could comment on the crimes, but I prefer to keep my personal information out of that kind of narrative. Let's just say that if you go, be aware, but drunk enough not to care so much. In the end, Xiricascudo doesn't promise comfort, safety, or elegance. It promises cheap alcohol and confused memories—and in that, it delivers admirably.
