Terrible service from receptionist Matheus, who even argued with me because I was waiting in line for The Level. There are no benefits at the hotel for those who are part of The Level, except for happy hour, which has no staff to assist customers, the same at breakfast. It doesn't compare to the Meliá in Brasil 21, for example. I won't be back.

Whenever we go to São Paulo, we stay at the Meliá in Jardim Europa. The hotel is renovated, super cozy, and the service from the lobby to breakfast and room service is impeccable. We were very well received by Robson, Wilker, and Manuel. The staff were very polite and welcoming.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Median Jardim in São Paulo, and the experience absolutely lived up to my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I encountered a high level of professionalism from the entire staff, always available, attentive, and committed to providing truly personalized service. Both the welcome and farewell messages were very welcome: details that convey genuine attention to the guest. The room was very large, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom, spacious and practical. Breakfast was also excellent, well-stocked and with a variety to suit every need. The hotel's location is strategic, central to the São Paulo neighborhood, ideal for both business and leisure stays. I particularly appreciated the balance between quality of service and price, which was decidedly competitive for the hotel's category. This is definitely a property I would gladly return to on my next visit to São Paulo. Congratulations to the entire team.

Falta a essência como exclusividade no atendimento. O que define um hotel 5 estrelas não são apenas as instalações, mas a capacidade de personalizar a experiência e surpreender o hóspede. Infelizmente, este estabelecimento não entrega isso. Solicitações básicas para tornar a estadia de nossos convidados especial não foram atendidas de imediato. O clima de falta de cortesia foi reforçado pelo manobrista, que tratou com grosseria o nosso motorista, expulsando-o do pátio. Uma pena ver que o potencial é grande, mas o serviço é medíocre. A primeira impressão na recepção já é de descaso, detalhes vergonhosos como fita colada no revestimento, fio exposto na mesa de espera, como que convivem com uma claraboia suja e sinais visíveis de infiltração no forro do lavabo
