Hôtel Tatuape

I went to spend my first honeymoon night at the hotel, my first night with my husband. And simply, a fire alarm kept ringing ALL NIGHT. We were going to travel the next day and we didn't sleep AT ALL, I couldn't enjoy myself or even rest. It was a total letdown by the hotel, which only used its staff to say, in those words, "well, there's nothing we can do."

Disappointed with the parking fees. I stayed at the hotel for two nights and had to pay for three days of parking. I wasn't informed about the check-in and check-out times.

The shower was awful, water was dripping outside the shower stall, the hairdryer didn't work, I couldn't connect to the internet on my computer either, and since there's no maintenance outside of business hours and the hotel was full, they only fixed it the next day. And what about the 15 minutes they guarantee to fix the problem?

Worst Ibis hotel I've ever stayed at! I don't recommend it! Rude and poorly trained staff! Extremely expensive parking!!! Rude valet! Everything was bad! Terrible experience!

I want to start by saying that the reception staff, kitchen staff, waiters, and cleaners are very good and friendly. Aside from that, the place is very expensive for what it offers. The Wi-Fi never works; forget about trying to study or watch any videos, it never loads. The shower: it has two temperatures, boiling hot or freezing cold, not to mention the terrible water pressure! So bad that one day I showered with just a few drops of water, literally. The hotel is incredibly noisy; you can hear all the doors of the rooms, and when your neighbor closes their door, the whole room vibrates. There are three elevators for 11 floors and who knows how many rooms; you spend a lot of time waiting for one to be free. And on top of that, one is ALWAYS under maintenance or out of service; last week I went up and down 10 floors because waiting more than 10 minutes was just too much. The breakfast is very, very good; but the set menu and dinner, besides being extremely expensive (approximately 75 reais), aren't anything special. I haven't forgotten that the parking is outsourced and they charge around 40 reais per day. I'll keep going for convenience, but every time I go I regret it.

Very satisfied with the Ibis Tatuapé! The reception staff was very helpful, receiving a package I bought and asked to be delivered to the hotel. The restaurant staff was always very helpful and kind at all the lunches, breakfasts, and dinners I had at the hotel. I am very grateful and will definitely return 😊

Polite and attentive staff, clean rooms and bathrooms. Clean bed linens and towels.
