Excellent service and attention from the moment of booking, with quick and effective communication. Brian at reception was always helpful, answering all my questions and always attentive, along with his team, ensuring the well-being of myself, my baby, and my partner. The staff was always very accommodating, and the housekeeping staff left everything spotless and tidy. My first day, and it exceeded my expectations 100%, as they work with empathetic staff where teamwork is evident. Very grateful for everything.

BEAUTIFUL! Truly a gorgeous hotel in a spectacular part of the city, and the highlight was the receptionist Jeimy, a beautiful and friendly woman who gave us tons of recommendations about the area. I would go back a thousand times!
