The room was huge. The hotel is an old house decorated with many details. The location of the place is very good. You can walk peacefully and there are many restaurants nearby. The staff, both Ignacio and his wife, were super attentive at all times. Thank you very much for everything and until the next time!!!

Very quiet and well-located place. The rooms have comfortable beds and heating. The bathroom was a bit small, but it was manageable. Claudia welcomed us very well. The B&B is near a street with several restaurant options, making it easy to call an Uber from the location. Breakfast is made according to your requests; the night before, you inform the B&B staff what you want for breakfast.

I stayed here for a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service, cleanliness, and comfortable rooms. It's clearly not a hotel, but it performs very well as a B&B. I would recommend it.

Highly recommend staying at Providencia Bed and Breakfast during your stay in Santiago. From the moment I reached out to Ignacio, the owner, on WhatsApp, he was professional, kind and fast to respond. The room was cozy, clean and had cute decorations. They even provided me with a to-go breakfast for my early flight the next day. Ignacio made sure I had safe transport to the hotel, suggesting trusted taxi companies from the airport. He was continually communicative with me about my flight time/ arrival at the hotel. He even waited for me outside when my flight was delayed and I arrived after dark. The shower had great pressure and warm water, the WiFi was great and the hotel is quiet and calm. They also have A/C units in the rooms. Ignacio and the other staff are friendly and willing to help. They made me feel truly at home from the moment I arrived. The location is great, close to many restaurants and the metro. I felt very safe in the neighborhood, even walking alone after dark. Ignacio provided excellent service. My family and I arrived late, and Ignacio (the owner) was waiting at the door to help us with our suitcases and bags. There was a welcome sign on the door. He asked us what we wanted for breakfast and what time we'd like it, and the next morning it was ready exactly as we had requested. There are restaurants nearby that are within walking distance. If I return to Santiago, I will definitely stay here again.

Our trip had many pleasant surprises, but among them, we can highlight two: the Andean landscape and the hotel owner, Ignacio! Besides the hotel being very charming and well-maintained, Ignacio was essential to our trip, making us feel welcome. The location is also excellent: While it's close to an avenue with several dining options, the street where the hotel is located is very quiet and with little traffic. The breakfast is very good, with the option of eating in the room (which helps on colder days, haha).
