Great place, highly recommended. The only downside is having to look for parking.

It's a very comfortable place to stay in peace and quiet; there's no noise, and the rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff is very attentive and helpful if you need anything. They have facilities for heating food, making tea or coffee, and a refrigerator. Highly recommended; I'd definitely return.

Contrary to what they said about the city center being dangerous, we were very lucky (thank God) and the location was great!! We did everything on foot, as everything we needed was very close. The hostel is very cute!! Super cozy room and very spacious bathroom. I highly recommend it!!! The service was also very good!! There's a cute little cat that's always there 💜

A disaster. First, the rooms are in a deplorable state. The people at reception are dishonest. And the neighborhood is an abomination. I've traveled to Syria, Turkey, Egypt, Iran, Cuba… and I've never seen such incivility from the residents (of the Bellavista neighborhood).

Perfectly located for exploring Santiago's historic center, museums, and the San Cristóbal and Santa Lucía hills on foot. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help with local recommendations. There's a supermarket next door and restaurants nearby. The kitchen is also available, although it could use more pots and pans, but it was always clean. The lounge, coffee and tea area, and the terrace and interior garden were very inviting. My room had its own balcony. Highly recommended.
