Rude to indifferent staff, run down and dirty, bad breakfast. Avoid staying here.

I stayed for 6 days and honestly, the experience was bad. I don't recommend it. Room service is nonexistent, breakfast is a lie, and the photos don't match the reality of the place.

I booked this hotel without reading the reviews, and I'm so glad I did. The service was quite good; they were friendly when I checked in and out. They were kind enough to store my suitcase a little early so I could go to the airport. The room was quite quiet and had the basics. The cleanliness could be improved, mainly in the details, but overall it was fine. The location is excellent! It's close to the Baquedano train station, bus stops are nearby, and there are many places to eat nearby since there are many schools and universities. The hotel isn't very modern, but it's quiet. I would improve the shower fixtures and add another electrical outlet in the room. If I return to Santiago, I would definitely stay here again.

A peaceful place!

Terrible place, old stained towels, toilet paper lying around, no closet, not even a glass in the room. You have to carry your suitcases through a maze of passageways after climbing stairs. A disaster, I don't recommend it.

Do not stay at this hotel!!! Rating 0, terrible, I do not recommend it. My wife and I stayed here, and what was supposed to be an amazing trip, depending on this hotel, turned out to be terrible. I stayed on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator, and to make matters worse, the intercom was broken. Imagine having to go down the stairs to ask something. * Breakfast is not served on time. It was 7 am and nothing was ready. The breakfast was bad, just a piece of bread and a few slices of fruit on a plate for each guest. * The room was not cleaned every day; bed linen was not changed, we only noticed that it was changed once. * The bathroom had not been cleaned since we checked in; there was dirt behind the door and it stayed there. * The air conditioning was very noisy when turned on; we couldn't sleep because of the noise. * There was no soap or hair washing products. I complained, and only on the 3rd day were we given personal hygiene items. * The shower doesn't heat up and doesn't have enough water pressure. * Holes in the room door allowed all the noise from the hallway to enter the room; noises from neighboring rooms could be heard. * I bought a bottle of wine to drink and needed glasses, but I couldn't find anyone near the kitchen, and everything was closed. I asked reception if they could lend me two glasses, and they said they didn't have any and offered me plastic cups, claiming the kitchen was closed and they didn't have any glass cups to lend. A wine country, and you can't even have a glass of wine in your hotel room. * Very grumpy staff, always with sour faces, and very noisy first thing in the morning. * The pool is not heated, dirty, and poorly located; nobody goes in because it's too cold, even in summer. I've stayed in many hotels, but this one is terrible.

The hotel is quiet and well located. There was a shortage of milk and some breakfast items, which is very unusual for a 3-star hotel. We had requested a room on a lower floor, but they put us on the 3rd floor, accessible by stairs. We asked reception if they could change our room on the second night, but they never responded. I'm leaving feeling a bit disappointed.

The location is great. Close to everything. The service from the girl (a redhead) was super nice, attentive, kind, cool, and sweet. I thought the room was great, the bed extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning was a 10000/10. The only thing I found "bad" was the breakfast, it's awful. There are only some small fruits and bread. But I thought it was good because we didn't gain weight, and besides, we already knew that. The hotel's structure is great. Very beautiful. I think it's worth it. We loved it!

This was definitely one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in!! Everything was very strange, starting with the check-in where they gave me the wrong room. It had no bedding, was very smelly and dirty. But when I got to the correct room, the situation wasn't much different, lol. An unbearable smell of paint/chemicals. So unbearable that we couldn't sleep properly; my boyfriend and I woke up with coughing and sneezing fits, burning eyes, and a burning throat. Besides the unbearable smell, the room was dirty and full of dust on the floor and bed, and the bathroom was dark and dirty. So dirty that on the first use there was a huge dead cockroach on the floor. There was no bath mat, so the floor was completely soaked. To make matters worse, there was some kind of water leak filling the bathroom with water and strange bugs (maybe moths, maybe cockroaches, I'm not a biologist and I didn't want to analyze this disgusting mess too much). The hotel was falling apart. The breakfast was weak, with no buffet. The dish served has very few food options; it doesn't even have scrambled eggs. A traumatizing experience! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Don't trust the photos they post.
