Hôtel Capilla del Mar - Cartagena de Indias

The hotel is very nice, clean, and tidy. The service is excellent, and it's very well located. The only thing they could improve is its beachfront location. Although it's right across the street, there are very few beach tents for the number of guests. I recommend leaving early in the morning (7 or 8 am) to secure a tent. The breakfast buffet is varied, and the food is delicious. There's also a restaurant, San Marino. The food is very good, and dishes range from 50,000 to 70,000 COP.

The facilities are very clean, the staff is excellent, and the music is perfect. We loved it.

Excellent hotel. The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious, both the breakfast buffet and the à la carte dishes. The cocktails are fantastic. We've been four times and have absolutely no complaints. The bellhops and security staff were very attentive. We will always miss Zita.

My comment is about the restaurant, mainly the breakfasts. Kelly works at the egg station; she's the friendliest and most cheerful person you'll meet in Cartagena. Every time you pass by her station, say hello for me, because her kindness, cheerfulness, and smile made my trip a better experience each morning.

A very well-located hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and the woman who prepares the eggs (Kelly) was super friendly and cheerful, and her cooking was excellent. The only downside I noticed was that they didn't provide complimentary water in the room, which is always helpful.

Everything is so good you won't want to leave. You'll be right in the front row; there are many guests and visitors, but you won't hear a thing. Weddings are often held there, which is lovely. José helped us with check-in, for which we are very grateful. The hotel has spacious rooms, daily housekeeping, an iron, a safe, a refrigerator, a TV, air conditioning, a large shower, a coffee maker, a hairdryer, and daily towel changes. The beach is right across the street; the sea is noisy, so it's nice to watch it from the balcony in the morning. Morning walks are also offered. The hotel offers massages, a jacuzzi, and a Turkish bath. There is a swimming pool on the 22nd floor. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfasts are delicious and vary daily.

We had a delicious seafood dinner.
