My friend was robbed at this hotel. They stole money from her room.

Nossas amigas Brasileiras foram furtadas e os administradores do hotel mantiveram inertes, não se importaram com a situação e nem mesmo tentaram resolver, responder os e-mails e mensagens enviadas. NÃO SE HOSPEDEM NESSE HOTEL ou não deixem nada de valor no quarto e nem mesmo no cofre. It's awful the way you treated Brazilian women. Do they still delete the comments Instagram? I hope it will be taken away from you, chateaux titles. Learn, no one treats good and honest people badly and with Brazilian neglect.

A tip: keep all your valuables in the safe… all of them! Don't leave a single coin out of the safe!!

My friends were robbed and the hotel didnt care at all.... very concern about the staff and services you can expect. Not an option for sure!

We love boutique hotels, and this one did not disappoint. It really did check all of the boxes- the spaces, vibe, excellent service, excellent location two short blocks off the Malecon in Barranco.

We went one evening to the bar, which is reflected in the rating because it felt overpriced for what we received. To be fair, it was also a very quiet night, and we were the only two people there. That said, the place absolutely has the potential for a great vibe. The interior is set in a beautiful turn-of-the-century-style building, with incredible art displayed throughout the bar and surrounding rooms and hallways. There’s also a wonderful gift shop featuring authentic Peruvian memorabilia and art pieces. Beside the shop is a series of gallery rooms which, during our visit, housed a contemporary art exhibit that was free to explore and enjoy. In hindsight, it feels a bit unfair to rate the place so low, since our disappointment was really based only on the high prices for the drinks and food rather than the atmosphere or overall concept.

Beautiful and very atmospheric boutique hotel. Decorated with a lot of character and a cozy and beautiful hotel bar. The breakfast buffet is also top-notch. The rooms are also beautiful and spacious.

Quite simply, a piece of heaven and opulence.
