We were very disappointed with our stay at Qema Lima. The room did not match our reservation: it was filthy (garbage in the bathroom, mold), the ceiling was damaged, the safe and Wi-Fi were out of order, the curtains were broken, and there was no soundproofing. Most regrettable was the complete lack of response from customer service: despite sending a detailed email after our stay, we received no reply, no apology, and no compensation. Very disappointing and unacceptable for the level of service we expect.

Super hotel. Good food, friendly staff, clean rooms. Best bed in Lima that I slept in.

Good: - People at reception were lovely and there’s a great restaurant just outside of it and a little shop 24/7 inside - Cheap - Location, lots of shops and restaurants Bad: - My mattress was very dented and soft, and sheets kept coming off. Only one duvet that was too hot. I know this was a cheap hotel but not that cheap like an hostel and they could easily fix this - Toilet had mould and the shower water in the morning was cold two days - The noise - the walls are thin so from 5am you would hear the doors banging very loudly. The AC in the room was also loud.

Excellent service, very friendly staff and a dreamy place to relax, very well located.

Very dirty room and bathroom, has not place for the personal stuff, not enough lights. Breakfast and location are good. Wouldn’t return ever.
