Terrible service from the young receptionist in the morning. She didn't even greet you. Don't go.

The service at reception was terrible! They treat you like they're doing you a favor. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Highly recommended, perfect location and affordable price. You can rent rooms for 4, 12, or 24 hours on weekends. The Panoramic Suite for 12 hours = S/129.00

A disastrous experience, except for the receptionist who was somewhat friendly. The rest of the staff is terrible. The cleaning and concierge staff make a terrible racket. I was only staying for a few hours, coming from a long trip to catch another, and all day long there was banging on the walls, doors slamming, music blasting from the floors, no common sense or consideration for the guests, constant hammering on the walls, and they communicate by shouting in the hallways. I was there for nine hours and couldn't rest at all. Nothing is free; the place is expensive. And they have a young man who pushes people around when walking and entering the elevators. I understand that there are cleaning and repair days, but they shouldn't forget that there are guests. I also understand that the hotel's core business is hourly rentals for couples, but it's located in the center of Miraflores, where there are many tourists passing through who need a quiet place to rest. And the noise wasn't from the guests—that's the worst part—it was from the hotel employees themselves. A total disaster. I guess it's better to use it at night; after a party, it's useless.

There are never any rooms available! Either that, or the receptionist won't let my partner and me in because we look "young."
