Beautiful hotel, a bit far from everything but a great ambiance, clean rooms, great service and good food!

The hotel has enormous potential, but today the experience doesn't live up to what one expects from an establishment in Punta del Este. I'll highlight the positives: the ambiance is very nice, the lobby and common areas are well done, and the location is excellent. However, what they should urgently address: – The covered parking is reserved only for suites. This unnecessary segmentation creates an uncomfortable sense of hierarchy. – The parking exit barrier doesn't work properly. I almost fell off my motorcycle twice. It's a real risk. – The handling of the security deposit (USD) was insistent and poorly managed. I understand the policy, but not the harassment for two days after I had already expressed my willingness to pay. (They only accept cash in dollars, and if it's by bank transfer, they charge a commission.) – The room didn't have a trash can, they didn't replenish basic amenities, and there were ants. – The Wi-Fi password wasn't clearly marked. – The deck by the outdoor pool is in poor condition and could cause accidents. – The heated pool was too cold. – The coffee is terrible, and the food doesn't offer good value for money. It's expensive for what they offer. – The staff is competent, but they seem unmotivated. In the hotel industry, attitude is part of the product. One minor but important detail: nobody likes the peach jam.

Beautiful hotel on Mansa Beach, stop 24. Incredible view of the beach from the hotel dining room. Excellent service, restaurant, spa, and pool. Highly recommended.
