The Phoenix Resort

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at The Phoenix Resort was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we booked until the moment we checked out, the customer service was outstanding. Every interaction with the staff felt personal, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Communication was incredibly easy through WhatsApp, and the staff was always quick to respond and happy to help. They assisted us with dinner reservations, gave us great advice on things to do and places to visit, and every time we walked through the doors, we were greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. Those little touches made us feel like valued guests throughout our entire stay. One of the things that really impressed us was their attention to the small details. The Phoenix provides an entire list of complimentary essentials for guests — everything from toothbrushes and toiletries to aloe and other items you might have forgotten or simply didn’t think you would need. It was such a thoughtful touch and really demonstrated how much they care about their guests’ experience. The Phoenix isn’t just a beautiful place to stay; it’s the people and the level of service that make it special. They truly understand hospitality and went above and beyond to make our stay easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay at The Phoenix again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Pedro, Belize. **Top-notch service from beginning to end!**

We randomly picked the Phoenix hotel when booking our Belize trip. We couldn't have been happier. The location is excellent. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Everything here is amazing!

The Phoenix resort was a godsend! We arrived in San Pedro to stay at an Airbnb that we had booked online. The Airbnb was not up to the expectations that we had and had falsely posted older pictures. After a negative interaction with the staff at the Airbnb we decided to look for a new place to stay immediately! We had four adults and four teenagers. I called the Phoenix resort that night around 9:30 PM and was able to secure to two bedroom units for our group! The staff was more than kind and helpful. They arrange transportation to pick us up from our disastrous Airbnb and when we got there the staff and units were amazing! The food in the restaurant was great and so was free happy hour! The rooms exceed our expectations with a full gorgeous kitchen and laundry in every unit. They even provided laundry detergent, sunscreen, and a hair straightener and curling iron for my teen daughter! The pools were clean and refreshing. The staff helped us hook a snorkel trip and a fishing trip. I would highly recommend the Phoenix resort.

This was our second stay at The Phoenix Resort in San Pedro, and it was just as spectacular as the first. The staff were warm and accommodating, the food was amazing, the rooms were spotless, and the poolside setting is lovely. Everything about this place is top tier. The Phoenix is the only place we stay in San Pedro, and we will absolutely be returning. Five stars, easily earned.

Absolutely incredible from the second we arrived at the resort! Every single one of the staff members are incredible and went above and beyond during our stay! We had an unfortunate illness happen which required multiple trips to the private hospital and Candace from the front desk would walk us down to the hospital and make sure we got checked in each time. They went above and beyond helping us extend our stay, change our flights, printed letters , set up a notary, and even got a tech person to help us get onto a website for my sons homework. The entire stay was amazing and we felt beyond taken care of. The resort is very well taken care of! The pool is very clean and well maintained all around. Our room was outstanding and had everything we could have needed! The huge jug of filtered water in the room was a huge bonus, the provided laundry soap and coffee pods for the keurig was also an added bonus! We can’t say enough about the pheonix and the incredible staff! Highly recommend !

Incredible time at the pheonix resort, truly worth the price. Spacious rooms, amazing amenities, great staff that went above and beyond to make our stay great. It was so nice to have our own full kitchen and washer/dryer after traveling for weeks! Location was super walkable too. Will definitely be returning!
