Travelodge by Wyndham Wetaskiwin

Not the most glamorous of places but reasonably clean with very comfortable beds. Had a great nights rest. Very quiet too.

Many years staying at Wyndham hotels and this was the dirtiest of the dirtiest, specially in the common areas, I can tell there is not desire at all to look clean and be better, I get it is winter, but they are in the hotel industry business... Other than that it was quiet and I could sleep ok, I was worried if I could sleep ok. I probably never be back.

You can’t expect much more for the price. The bed and bathroom were clean, there were old stains on the wall from split drinks, the hallway floors haven’t been cleaned this decade. Continental breakfast was cereal, yogurt, fruit and toast, the person front desk person was friendly and I enjoyed the online check in process.

Nice place and staff! Would recommend.

Rooms were not clean. Our bed was broken and the TV didn't work. The shower didn't work properly. People screaming the hallway. The cops had to be called in to force them to leave. Wouldn't stay here again.

Clean & quiet. Very comfortable bed.

Is it possible to have a 0-star rating? I've stayed in Travelodge locations many times and have always found them reliable, clean and comfortable. This location is anything but! I booked through CAA's travel website so expected the same standards. -no elevator; the only rooms exist on the 2nd floor, 24 steps up -dingy and not looking very clean in all public areas, and in the room -bright light came through all 4 edges of the room door all night; apparently not mounted or no weather stripping -bathroom door, if pushed into closed position is stuck; seems to be swollen from non-existent ventilation, but could be wrong size or poorly installed; at any rate, it takes two hands and all your might to pull it open. -HVAC broken; cover was carefully balanced over controls, and we didn't get the temp we wanted -draperies broken, difficult to close. We shared our concerns with desk staff. They did not seem surprised, nor did they make any notes. They simply said they would pass it on. This hotel doesn't meet any kind of standards and needs a full renovation and retraining of staff.

Needs wheelchair mobility access... Wanted to stay here to be able to have easy access to go outside to smoke but can't even get up the stairs no mobility access whatsoever which is very disappointing cause there is like no other motels in the area... Not impressed hopefully they will wake up and throw something in cause this motel is very neglectful when it comes to just anyone staying there...
