Great Hotel, great staff, great breakfast buffet. Only thing is the bed was too hard and lumpy for my personal preference. My fiance slept great though

Amazing hotel, have been going for 5 years in a row now for the Canadian Grand Prix. They are great every year, great people and great service.

If you have a request for the Front Desk, don't expect to be listened to, especially by the Front Desk manager who was particularly dismissive. It's always nice to be told to get lost, especially considering the prices charged during the F1 weekend.

This hotel is disgusting on all levels. Watch out for hidden charges and the super rude front desk manager. She is incompetent and should find a different role that is not customer facing.

The Hotel10 experience was excellent. Everything is meticulously designed, comfortable, and tastefully decorated: very comfortable beds, quiet rooms, complete amenities, and brand-new bathrooms. The staff is lovely and welcoming, and the lobby alone is worth the trip—it's absolutely stunning. What we particularly loved were all the little artistic and cultural details scattered throughout the hotel. You spend your time discovering something unusual or amusing around every corner or among the decorative objects. A place full of personality, creative and welcoming, a real breath of fresh air compared to standardized hotels!

We were lucky enough to stay in the Loft Opus. A true journey back in time! A magnificent suite, subtly decorated with a Jazz and 1920s/30s theme. An absolutely unique place. This hotel, housed in a historic building full of character, blends creativity, art, and culture with immense elegance. Every space is brimming with carefully considered details, and the themed suites offer a truly immersive experience—a special mention goes to the suite inspired by Dédé Fortin, brimming with atmosphere and personality. Everything is refined, warm, and distinguished, without ever losing its artistic soul. Even the pet-friendly aspect is exceptional: it's not just a marketing ploy, but something that has been meticulously planned down to the smallest detail. An original and memorable experience, far more than just a hotel room!
