People friendly and professional room clean .

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel in late April. The proximity to the airport was good. I chose the king suite and was happy with my room. It was big and spacious. The shower was great. My room had views of downtown Mississauga and Toronto. Breakfast was good. My bowl of oatmeal was huge and priced adequately. Biggest negative about my stay was the doors slammed shut.

The room was decent. The staff weren't. The shuttle bus drove right past us when we arrived at Pearson airport so we had to pay for a cab. Then the drive over back to the airport the shuttle bus driver taking us there drove like an crazy person. The best part of this place was the staff at the postcard lounge and the food there was great. Try and use this place as a last resort!

Bathrooms mold on the shower caulk lines and edges. Hallways have a unique odor. Good water pressure and has hot water which is a bonus. Not too close to airport where you can hear the airplanes. Can hear bed springs twang every once and can confirm the beds are a bit worn out. Noise control is barely there as you can hear fill conversations through the walls in the adjacent room or the hallways.

Very disappointing experience at Best Western. During my stay on May 9, 2026, I found cockroaches inside both the room and washroom. I even recorded video evidence of the issue. The cleanliness standards were unacceptable, and despite reporting the problem, I did not receive a proper response from hotel management. Reference Number: 804307641 I expected much better hygiene and customer service. I hope the hotel takes this issue seriously and improves conditions for future guests.

Except for the fact it had 24 hour airport shuttle I would not choose this hotel.
