Staff were all fantastic, the check-in process went very smooth. Unit was apartment style and very soundproof. Great view of downtown and the CN tower, and walking distance from everything you need.

Unfortunately, my interaction with the staff upon arrival was unpleasant. The room and price felt fairly justified and in line with expectations. Overall, it was a good one-night stay, apart from the staff experience.

Quaint hotel with classy interiors wanted somewhere to crash as wanted to explore the city more and go the Raptors parade next day. When arrived busy wait but fair enough that room was no longer available but they gave me same price for a deluxe. Very gracious staff $210 this is the best budget friendly you'll find given the rates elsewhere much higher. Business trip or short stay recommended upon arrival room like a studio condo so if you prefer more space may be a deal breaker. There was a washer and dryer, closet, safe, kitchen, and balcony view lacks privacy as it faces a balcony to another building where people come out and smoke. The bed took up most of the room which was sort of uncomfortable Internet is sketchy and there is no parking so must go on Wellington a kind gentlemen held the door open for us when we went out and came back with food. Breakfast was free along with the Keurig in room decent spread of choices but bigger muffins would be more suitable than the child sized. Got late check out for 12 so decided to just watch indoors but housekeeping came knocking so they forgot to communicate that. Can be a noisy sleep if air conditioning is on and pillows should be replaced. That was 2019 come 2026 things have not gotten better I wouldn’t stay again awkward layout as well as 70 extra charge for late checkout thin motel paper towel and bathe ones dust behind the bed no mention of construction in front luckily only had morning interrupted and don’t expect privacy in room as junior suite faces a condo so must keep blinds down claustrophobic and no other channels on tv but sports could at least have built sound proof walls

It's in an unbeatable location, less than a 10-minute walk from Union Station, but on a side street, so it's not as noisy as the city center. The rooms are huge, suite-style, with everything you need for extended stays: a kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, work area, living room with TV, spacious bedroom with TV, and a full bathroom. The closet is a bit small, though. They leave a couple of small bottles of water and some chocolates every day. I'm not giving it 5 stars because it lacks a bar/restaurant. I understand this is because it's designed more as an aparthotel than a traditional hotel.

While the location is great and having a kitchen and laundry in suite might be nice, there is currently construction going on right outside the front doorstep of this hotel. The building across from it is completely gutted with junk abandoned inside of it so my view from the 15th floor was a creepy abandoned building. I could just see the tip of the CN tower off to the right. The room was not very clean in spots (mirrors smudged with handprints, couch not vacuumed) and just generally felt grubby. The flooring is nice but there are some older finishes that just make it all feel worn out. I could have lived with a lot of the above especially considering it was a work trip on someone else dime, but then I tried to go to sleep around 1130pm and...the construction crew started up working!! They had a loud obnoxious vehicle running down there directly below my balcony on street level from about 12 midnight until 3am. The windows did not block any of the sound and it was hands down the worst night I have ever had in a hotel. I got maybe 3 hours sleep in the end. I talked to the front desk staff about it the next morning and they only had excuses and no apologies at all - when they were charging $600+ per night!! No discounts, no nothing. Oh and the restaurant there is not open...and someone else I was there with for a work trip had ants in their bathroom. Would not recommend this hotel until they get their act together and the surrounding construction is over.
