APE Eclectic Social Bar est un petit bar à cocktails et tapas gay-friendly situé au deuxième étage du bâtiment Pura Vida Supermarket sur la Ruta 618, en face du restaurant Salsipuedes à Manuel Antonio. C'est un endroit décontracté pour déguster un cocktail signature bien préparé ou l'une de ses plus de 30 bières avant ou après le dîner. Le bar organise des soirées à thème et des DJ et est un favori fiable de la communauté LGBTQ+ de la ville — c'est l'un des lieux qui accueille des fêtes pendant la semaine de la Fierté de juillet à Manuel Antonio. Avec des critiques constamment positives et une atmosphère facile et sociale, il s'associe naturellement à une soirée qui se termine au Drunken Monkey en bas de la colline à Quepos.

Pura Vida vibes galore in this place. It’s a party the moment you get to the top of the stairs. The drinks, the service, and the environment. The staff were so much fun and personable. We even helped name the bartender’s new kitten. Hi Sage! Oh and the Pizzas are a must. Highly recommend the Pina Jalapeño but add pepperoni 👍👍
