New management team and it shows, they're running it like a brand new hotel! Friendly people, simple but clean room with water for showering. Nice touches like strong Wi-Fi, crackers, and bottled water. A patio full of plants and colors. Delicious breakfast with great coffee. Location near the MetroCentro mall (walking distance to buy SIM cards and withdraw cash) and close to the bus terminal for easy travel to other parts of the country. We went to Granada by minibus for C$37 per person, a 1 hour 20 minute ride. There are stops at the university and also on the street near MetroCentro. I also want to thank the hosts for coordinating a car service from the airport to the hotel at 11:30 pm for our arrival and waiting for us until very late. I felt well taken care of. Although we had the InDriver app, we arrived at the airport without a signal and there was no free Wi-Fi for travelers, so without that gentleman waiting in arrivals with a sign, I don't know how we would have gotten there. 10/10 I recommend this place for a stay in Managua, especially if you are planning other trips in the country.

Great atmosphere

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa San Juan with Marcelo. The place was great, the food was delicious, and Marcelo could not have been a more gracious host! He supplied us with an ironing board, as well as an umbrella to use immediately upon request as we prepared for the Aventura concert ❤️ Thanks again Marcelo!
