The rooftop has the best view in Santiago! The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the food is superb with excellent presentation.

Very nice hotel and parking area. Very clean and staff very attentive. Daily breakfast was awesome as it highlighted the local foods.

I have been a loyal client with Hilton for many years and I was impressed. Unfortunately my stay was last minute here at this location, but far from disappointed. The staff were extremely professional and accommodating. The rooms were extremely clean, the facilities such as pool, bar, dining area, and lobby were above par for a Hampton Inn. Even for the short stay, this was above and beyond what I am accustomed to. Located in the heart of Santiago. You have access to everything which is all within walking distance and it is pretty safe. A special shout out to Jeshua, the night time manager. He was super friendly and empathetic towards my situation. As I said, I have been a very loyal Hilton client, and he has been one of the best managers I have worked with In a very long time. I would highly recommend, whether it be a short or long-term stay.

My only complaint would be that it is very loud out on the street at night, which did carry out to our room on the 5th floor. I ended up having to wear earplugs my second night. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly, the included breakfast is amazing and there's a wide variety of foods. They even accommodated me being Celiac and brought me out gluten-free bread, toasted. The hot water is scalding hot which is amazing for the DR, the water pressure is wonderful - it makes you not want to get out of the shower, and it is central air conditioning that we actually had to turn off in our room because we found it too cold... So no worries about things working as they should at this hotel! There's also convenient underground parking, and a large TV with Caribbean IPTV. Highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent hotel with a great location and outstanding service. The staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
