No vengan a este hotel. Primero, la señora mayor en área de desayuno tiene una actitud pésima y grita directamente los clientes. Solo por pedir una cuchara, pierde el control y empieza gritar como loca, incluso otros huéspedes. Es realmente absurdo. Segundo, servicing and recepción es terrible: Desorganizado, poco profesional and sin ningún sentido de atención al cliente. Solo hay un hombre alto y delgado, que parece supervisor, hablándote con mala actitud mientras come galletas. Tercero, no hay agua caliente in las habitaciones and las instalaciones están in muy mal estado. En general, esto no es un hotel, es un lugar donde te hacen sentir maltratado. Do not come to this hotel. First, the elderly woman in the breakfast area has an extremely bad attitude and openly yells at guests. Just for asking for a spoon, she explodes and starts shouting like she’s out of control, even yelling at other guests. It’s honestly insane. Second, the front desk service is terrible—lazy, unprofessional, and completely lacking any sense of hospitality. There’s only a tall, skinny guy who seems like a supervisor, talking to you with a bad attitude while eating cookies. Third, there is no hot water in the rooms, and the facilities are run-down. Overall, this is not a hotel—it’s a place that makes you feel mistreated. Don't come to this hotel. First, the old lady in the breakfast area has a very bad attitude and will directly curse at others. She started swearing and yelling at other guests just for asking for a spoon; she was completely out of control. Secondly, the front desk service was atrocious. The staff were unprofessional and dismissive, offering absolutely no service whatsoever. All you saw was a tall, thin, manager-looking man eating cookies while speaking to you in a terrible manner. Thirdly, the room had no hot water and the facilities were dilapidated. Overall, this wasn't a hotel; it was a place that made you feel abused.

The hotel is in a central location, but the service we received was terrible; apparently, the young man was in a bad mood that day.

It was awful. We arrived and they left us without our reservation; they had rented it out. They didn't give us any explanation. Completely unprofessional. We had to go out looking for it with all our bags. Horrible experience.

The hotel is centrally located, but the facilities are terrible. It's dirty, ugly, and the service is awful. I didn't even last half an hour before deciding to book another hotel, even though I was only staying for two nights.

The dining room was infested with rats. I was shocked to see rats of all sizes in the breakfast area for just five minutes. It's a real health hazard, and measures must be taken there. It's a shame the night receptionist isn't helpful, and while the cleaning staff do their best, the hotel's overall quality is very poor. The blankets smell awful, there's no hot water anywhere in the hotel, and the rooms need maintenance—they're faded, stained, and so on. :(

Everything was great. It's worth it.

We arrived and didn't care about the appearance. We just wanted comfortable beds and a clean room. We booked two rooms, and they were HORRIBLE, run away from there!!!!! There were holes in the walls that rats or anything else could crawl out of, and holes in the floor. We had to keep covering them with cardboard and paper. Then the bed had a hole in the middle that was kind of small, and on either side you could see the springs. If you have back problems, or even if you don't, it's better to sleep on the floor. To top it all off, we asked for blankets for the night, and they responded very rudely and then didn't even give them to us. UNEXPLAINABLE. DON'T COME HERE. Dirty, torn sheets, no towels, terrible breakfast. EVERYTHING WAS AWFUL!!! RUN AWAY!!!!

The dining room is infested with rats, the managers have no talent for customer service, and the service is terrible.
