A good hotel near the Buenavista metro station and the Forum shopping center. Comfortable and, although small, quite functional rooms. The only drawback is that none of the rooms have air conditioning; if that's not a problem for you, it's a great option. It has parking and an electric car charger.

Very expensive for what little they offer, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and you can hear noise from other rooms and the avenue. One night in a single room for $1500? Not worth it! However, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I love this hotel; I've been staying here for years. The location is unbeatable. Everything is nearby: the Metrobus, the subway, shopping centers, and banks. You can get there directly from the airport by Metrobus, and there are many things to see nearby. My only complaint this time was the taste of the breakfast, which has been better on other occasions, and the lack of ventilation and air conditioning, which is much needed now that it's getting hotter in the city.

I stayed at this hotel. In the early hours of May 30, 2026, at 1:30 AM, while I was sleeping, two men entered my room. They were apparently other guests who had been given the same room, 420, and the same key. I was terrified; I almost had a heart attack. I jumped out of bed and screamed in fear, fearing the worst since I was asleep and in my bedclothes. The men were also startled when they saw me screaming and left apologizing. This was the worst hotel stay of my life. It clearly demonstrates that their check-in and room assignment protocols are terrible and a serious threat to your safety. The worst part is that the room door doesn't have a security chain, nor is there a phone to contact reception in case of emergency. With this message, I hope the hotel will investigate what happened and take action to prevent this from happening to other guests, especially with the World Cup approaching. I reported it at reception, however they did not make any written report, downplaying the event.
