The Red Tree House

words can't describe how special the Red Tree House is. it's the best accommodation i've ever stayed at, reason being- the staff (although the room itself was also great!). every staff member is so friendly and really takes the time to get to know you and support you in any way they can. as this was my first time solo traveling, i was nervous that i would feel lonely; but i always found myself looking forward to coming to the hotel at the end of the day and chatting with the staff. thank you so much to Alejandro and the rest of the team for the best stay ever and for making me feel at home. i can't wait to be back!

The very best hotel in Mexico City! The rooms are lovely, we were in a suite opening out onto the garden terrace, making the room extremely quiet. The suite was very spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfasts were amazing and all of the staff were simply lovely, they couldn't do enough for us. The area is full of bars and restaurants and seemed very safe to walk about at night.

Best! Loved it here. Loved the staff, the dogs, the location can’t be beat. Our room was very comfortable. We were very happy.

It's hard to believe a hotel has so many 5 star reviews but once you stay here you'll understand why. Actually there's not much more I can add that hasn't already been said about this wonderful establishment. The Red Tree House Hotel is one of those very rare places around the world where they make you feel truly special and welcome. From our late arrival welcome to when we left, we really felt valued. It has so much character and is perfectly located in the leafy area of Condesa, very close to a wide range of restaurants, it's the perfect base to explore Mexico City. The breakfasts are one of the many stand out features offering a different Mexican speciality each day. It's also lovely having 2 dogs, Romeo and Boss hanging around. No request is too much trouble and I can only thank everyone at the Red Tree for making our short stay so memorable and enjoyable

If I could give more than 10 stars I would not hesitate to do so. My husband and I had the fortunate experience of spending 3 nights (and almost 4) with the folks at the Red Tree House. As many have said before us, it was like staying with friends. The staff was exceptional. It came highly recommended by friends who had stayed there previously and it did not disappoint. There would be no other place that we would stay on our next trip to Mexico City and we are very much hoping that happens again. The one tip I would give anyone who wants to experience the Red Tree House for themselves........book early and I mean as early as possible as its reputation proceeds itself and it books up quickly.

We had the best time staying at The Red Tree House! We stayed in one of their spacious apartments that was thoughtfully designed and super comfortable- it had the charm of staying in a quaint home (great linens, a fully stocked kitchen). We enjoyed breakfast every day and appreciated the daily cleaning service and hospitality of the staff. I’d love to return - this place is a gem!
