The hotel is nice but very run down. It smells strongly of damp. The carpets are old and very dirty. The location is good as it's close to the city center and the metro.

A terrible experience. We've stayed here before. The smell of dampness was disgusting; all my clothes and suitcases smelled awful. The buffet was terrible. The waiter's service was the best, the valet service was excellent, and the reception was great too, but the room was the worst. The girl opened the door for us, there were no coffee cups, the sink was clogged, the carpet was dirty—in short, not recommended at all, and that was during the World Cup weekend.

I was delighted with my stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet and dinner were absolutely delicious. It has many elegant and comfortable amenities for relaxing, as well as event spaces, room service, and valet parking. The very friendly staff made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The food at the restaurant is quite good, and the portions are generous—I'd even say they serve a lot per plate. The restaurant is very nice, and the rooms are too. I would definitely stay there again.

The rooms smelled strongly of damp, and I found it dirty because the floor is carpeted and the areas aren't cleaned properly. The only good things are the location and the very friendly staff. Aside from that, I don't recommend it.

Great location, good service from the staff, but the air conditioning wasn't working. In a hot city like Monterrey, this really affects comfort during your stay, as it was impossible to sleep well. I would recommend that if you plan to stay there in the future, you confirm that the A/C is working perfectly before booking.

The lobby and the entire ground floor are very nice, very beautiful and comfortable, but once you start in the rooms and from the second floor upwards, you notice that the building is getting on in years. The location is excellent; everything is nearby. The staff provides very good service. However, the security guards are a bit overbearing about the areas where one can sit and relax and observe the hotel, claiming they are "for use as meeting rooms," even though they aren't even in use, and are located outside of the meeting rooms.

It's a great hotel, it's worth the price, everything is top-notch, a good place to stay, especially if you're going for a long time, they make you feel at home in every room.

Good central location in Monterrey

This place has gone downhill; the rooms need more supervision for cleaning, and the water pressure isn't sufficient for showering or even using the sink (at least in the room I stayed in; it wasn't the same in others). It has a good location in downtown Monterrey, very close to Paseo Morelos, the Pabellón M Convention Center, and other places. There are fast-food chains and restaurants nearby, and it has its own buffet restaurant, although I've never tried it because of the hours, as it closes at 11 am.
