Fun pool party. A place to meet new friends.

Thanks to Juan for his great attention and positive attitude. The place is clean, well-maintained, with air conditioning in the rooms, a pool, and restaurant service. It's much closer to the beach and town than the maps show. It also has hiking trails that aren't marked on the map.

Hotel Men was such a pleasant surprise! Since it's a new hotel, both the facilities and the service are top-notch. The location is a major plus, and the hosts were incredibly helpful and kind. A big part of my great experience was the fair pricing. While it’s not exactly 'cheap,' it’s much more reasonable than other high-end hotels in the area. I really hope they keep it this way and don't hike up their prices over time, as that balance of quality and cost is what makes this place stand out. Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent! The hotel, the service, the food, the atmosphere, and the owners! They're the best! I recommend it 1000%!

We had a wonderful 5 nights at this hotel. The hotel is brand new in every way. The Friday night party is incredibly well organized. The customer service is excellent. The food is also delicious. If we had to mention something minor, we would have preferred the shower water to be a bit warmer (given our European tastes) and a few more shelves for our clothes. Returning to Zipolite means definitely returning to the Men.

Great hotel for gay men; nudist optional with several types of rooms for every need; small nice pool, restaurant, solarium and massage area. Pool Parties on friday and Sunday brunch with Drags and go-go dancers; Restaurant offers very good food and snacks. Juan, David, Edgar and Sebastian will help you to have a great stay

They're pet-friendly, a plus for those of us traveling with pets. The food at the restaurant is highly recommended. Good internet. Great location for walking down to the beach in 2 minutes.

We stayed at Men Zipolite for four nights, and honestly, we were simply blown away. The hotel is still quite new, having opened only at the end of last year, but everything already feels incredibly well thought out. The rooms were super clean, comfortable, and very well designed. For Zipolite, the standard is truly excellent — definitely one of the best places to stay. What made the experience even more special was the sense of community. The mix of guests was great — different ages, backgrounds, and travel styles — but everyone was open, friendly, and easy to connect with. It created a really relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Another big plus is the restaurant integrated into the hotel. Having a great à la carte breakfast, as well as lunch, dinner, and drinks right there, made everything very easy and enjoyable. And the 24-hour pool was a huge highlight for us. It just adds to the freedom and laid-back vibe — something many places unnecessarily restrict. But the absolute highlight was the incredible hospitality of the two owners. They made us feel genuinely welcome from the first moment. There’s a warmth and personal touch that turns a stay into a real experience. The location is also perfect. You’re just a few minutes from the beach, right in the center of Zipolite, and close to the main street with restaurants, shops, and nightlife. A special mention: the Sunday Drag Brunch is highly recommended — even if you’re not staying at the hotel. It’s a lot of fun and adds something truly unique to the experience. If I really had to mention one small thing, it would be that a hairdryer was missing in the room. But honestly, I’m quite sure that if I had asked for one, they would have gladly provided it. Overall, it was a beautiful long weekend, and we’re very grateful for the time we spent there. We will definitely be back — this is one of those places where you don’t just stay, you leave with real connections and maybe even new friendships. Highly recommended.

I have to give them props for their food and Drag Brunch. We popped in there for brekkie and it was delicious. The cocktails were great, too. And I really liked the scene. Spacious pool and pool area with lots of shade, wide open. I’ve been here since January and never tried it out but I’ll definitely be back.

Stayed next door to Zipolite Men and unfortunately had ongoing issues that impacted the experience. Frequent events (Fridays and Sundays) involved loud music for 4–5 hours that carried well beyond the property. In addition, cardboard and paper were being burned on-site, and smoke and ash regularly drifted into neighboring spaces. These issues made it difficult to enjoy nearby accommodations and raised concerns about safety due to the proximity of palapa-style structures. There’s clear potential here, but more consideration for neighbors and surrounding guests would go a long way.
