Motel Oceanana

Excellent value for its location. Walk onto beach and pier. Very friendly and helpful staff especially Bonnie. She was able to provide a specific requested room without issue. The rooms are arranged best for people fishing because they have minimal furniture to easily accommodate coolers in the room.

My BF and I stayed here bc the fishing pier was advertised but when we went to go on the pier we were told we still had to pay the 20 to fish. So they are charging almost 200 a night and we are given no access to fish on the pier they only give those passes out during the off season and the pool is closed at this time. The TV doesn’t work either. You have to sign in to your own Netflix account if you want to watch tv. Definitely not worth the money spent on the room. We will not be returning here.

We had a great time and met Libby,Bonnie ,Victoria ,and Russell,plus some of the other staff. Everyone is new and getting ready to take the oceana on a new journey like it hasn't had for years. Looking forward to coming back.

Great place on the beach to stay. Clean rooms. Don’t need to second guess.

Spoke with Bonnie today and she was the sweetest! Informed me of all the new upgrades and how the new GM is improving the motel. The rooms sound amazing .I will be booking soon with the grandkids.

Rooms have been newly updated with new mattresses, furniture, sheets/towels, and a hot breakfast in the morning. Now year-round. Can't wait to book again for Christmas!

We had a very nice 3 night stay at Oceanana. Russell, the young fellow who checked us in when we arrived, was very nice and very helpful. We asked for a table and chair and a young man was there with them before we even got back to our room almost. Vida, the housekeeper, was also nice and friendly. All of them greeted us with a smile. The young man who was doing the outside maintenance, brought us a nice cushion to pu. t on the lounge chairs and offered to even take chairs to beach for us. Our room had all new stuff, even the sheets, but please keep in mind the pool may not be open because of maintenance on it. Our requests were filled with no problems, even trying to pump up floats. I would surely come back for another stay. Thank yall for your service( the Oceananana employess). We had a great time. Selena and Melinda
