Don't book with this hotel. Worst nightly front desk service. Worst rooms if you are looking for good space and decent shower. Booked a premium lakeside king room for two nights. Was first told there is no king room available upon arrival after booking. And then somehow magically provided a "king room". I also had breakfast option that I added for extra, I was asked to show the booking with breakfast option which chase didn't mention about in the email. And then somehow magically they found that I have breakfast included as I paid for that seperately. Was told to scan and register car parking but the parking registration form didn't include room number or guest name to add, so there is no way to tell whether the car is registered under the the guest room/name till you call back front desk to confirm. Bed size is not the standard US king bed size which is 76 inches. The bed is barely above queen at 72 inches. I'm not sure what king Hilton is talking about. They have their own king room category where they don't supply standard us king size beds apparently and don't mention sizes anywhere. The room is small for the premium they charged and the bathroom is tiny, if you are around 200 pounds and 5.8 or above, you will find it difficult to turn in the shower from one side to the other. Parking extra!! Even with Hilton honors gold and even with premium or around 400 dollars paid per night. Front entrance had construction work on going and still the prices won't drop. Doors from parking to the hotel couldn't open with the key cards provided after certain time at night, I had to press door bell for someone else inside to open the building door. This is also observed second night while on my way to the front desk, where I had to help an older hotel guest who had his car missing in the garage and couldn't enter the hotel building. Probably they towed his car for the same parking registration issues I mentioned above. The bathroom doesn't have a ventilation fan or it isn't working. Garage has pipes leaking all over the head while walking into the hotel. No second toilet paper in the rest room. I had to all again Hilton honors gold rewards didn't apply as I booked through chase or amex while there is no notice from these third parties that honors benefits won't apply on their travel booking sites. I went back the second night and the same front desk woman who couldn't figure out whether there is a king room available or whether I had breakfast included couldn't focus on me who is in the line first but chit chats with another front desk assistant to help another customer there. Why can't one assistant focus on one customer and the second front desk assistant focus on the other one in the line. This is pure miss management or she took way too personal to not help me. I had to wait and only the other assistant had to assist me while also assisting another customer just to mark some chocolate I took from the store and to charge them to my room. The restaurant original skiff is also just as much as a joke for a 4 star with oyster and fried oyster and fish tacos are all below average Lily may's cafe made me sign a receipt even when mentioning that I paid for the breakfast already with the hotel and gave me my room number. Urban destination charge, - I believe every hotel charges a resort fee like this. However the front desk needs to tell what's included in the fee so the guest can make use of it. I was not told what was included until I went back at the end of my trip to check out. The Urban destination charge is tax separately and came with a museum ticket for two. There are also some medicinal things that you get but I only came to know only during the checkout when I asked for an itemized to bill about this.

This is definitely not a four star hotel. Appears to have the guest service of a two-star motel. No valet. no room porter.. Representative of Hilton's Curio collection? having stayed in many others... I think not. Should be stripped of label. Lobby and corridors are like saunas. Room Service was a no-show! So Far not good...Never again

We stayed here for one night in May while on a short road trip. We booked ahead online via the Hilton app. Our room was clean and comfortable. The view was great. We didn’t spend a ton of time here, we were out and about but it was mostly quiet. It was nice they had a water station and coffee bar on our floor although the sparkling water lost its sparkle. There is a restaurant/bar on the ground floor with outdoor seating. There is also a cafe with breakfast on the mezzanine level with a nice outdoor balcony. We had drinks and shrimp cocktail at the bar. Everything was good. Parking was in an adjacent garage. From what I understand this is a public city-owned garage. It used ParkMobile for payments unless you are staying at the hotel then it’s a $16/day charge and they handled that for us. The elevator from the garage to the hotel was broken on the ground level. We just had to walk up and around to the hotel lobby. I dont know how tall the garage is but this might be inconvenient if you have to do steps with bags so pull up into the entry driveway to check in then park if that is an issue for you. Staff we interacted with were nice. Overall this was a nice location for us.
