Such a cute, quaint place! The area is gorgeous. Owner is so sweet and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and rebook!

Received an email less than 72 hours before check in saying they were overbooked and had to cancel my reservation. These things happen but they were not helpful at all and offered no compensation to make up for this inconvenience, leaving me scrambling to find last minute accommodations. I had to spend over $120 extra to book a room last minute at a different hotel (not even a comparable hotel - no breakfast, not close to the beach, less space). The next day a completely different employee called me telling me they were overbooked - clearly there is a lack of organization and commutation between employees. I sent them a follow up email with a question, no response. I ended up emailing them three times over three days and still have not received any further communications from them.

Very cold welcome, limited and unpleasant, you are given the impression of being an unwanted guest, not to mention the rules of the House, which have the "merit" of being written everywhere. That said, a good option for visiting Boston from the Orient Heights metro station, blue line, 5 minutes by car

On a quiet "peninsula" near Boston, a short distance from the airport. In a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, close to the water. Rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are fine. Breakfast is prepared with care, and the breakfast room has grandeur. We traveled to downtown Boston by the nearby ferry. It was absolutely fantastic because you immediately got a sort of sightseeing tour of Boston.

Great stay. Loved the vintage architecture and feel of the place. Super sweet management. Parking is challenging for for bigger vehicles, but most of Boston is difficult for big vehicles.

Didn't get to enjoy very long due to flight delays. Was able to walk to town for dinner to go and catch a few shots of the airport across the water!

Rooms outdated and bathroom across the hall but good breakfast and terrific owner
