Very disappointed in Hilton as for the night rate all that was available was free coffee. Breakfast which normally is included with any hotel is at an additional cost. The bathroom was poorly designed with only the shower door for towels. The refrigerator was stored in a closed cabinet which captured the heat of the motor. Just poorly designed. Staff was wonderful and the room was clean.

The room was so much more than I ever expected. The lobby has everything you could ever need within reason. The coffee was excellent! The staff were amazing and the room was very clean and comfortable. Best sleep I had in a while! I was so relieved to have every accommodation I was in need of. The "Made to order" breakfast was great and fueled me for my 6 hour drive home. Thank you so much!!!

Clean hotel, slightly better than average breakfast, excellent fitness room. My go-to 'efficient' business travel hotel in Norfolk.

This hotel is being remodeled. I was not told this when I made my resvation my second night I came back to my room and hammering and sawing was happing in the room next to mine. I asked the front desk how long this was going to go one tonight and was told until atheist 8 pm. This is very disturbing after a hard day working.

Remodeled but poorly executed – look elsewhere. I really wanted to like this stay since the hotel has been recently remodeled, and to be fair, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, the "updates" seem purely cosmetic. The room was frustratingly impractical: no alarm clock, a lack of accessible outlets, and a broken floor lamp. The bathroom design is a major flaw—the shower door only opens one way, meaning you get sprayed with cold water the second you turn it on. To make matters worse, the dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were completely empty. Safety-wise, it’s concerning. There’s no bathroom vent, the smoke detector looks ancient, and the sprinklers are covered in popcorn ceiling spray. Breakfast is also not worth the extra charge ($). The food (oatmeal, eggs, sausage) was lukewarm despite being "cooked to order," and the selection is limited—no bacon, pancakes, or waffles. For the price, you can find much better in Chesapeake.

The staff were REMARKABLE! They did their best to accommodate us and make it right about there being NO INDOOR POOL as the website suggests. The breakfast was good and the room was clean. I am displeased with Hilton as a company, not the staff. The website states INDOOR POOL. Which is why I booked this location for my twin daughters. The staff did their best to rectify this situation and I greatly appreciate it. Corporate needs to fix the website ASAP.

This was a jump to hotel after the first one had foul smelling water and horrible weed smell in the hallway. The staff were fantastic and this is our goto hotel in Chesapeake from now on.

I was given false information prior to booking. I was told there were an indoor heated pool, free continental breakfast, and a bar. When I arrived, I was told the pool was under construction by one person and the other staff member said they never had a pool. The continental breakfast was not free. The only fruit they had for my entire visit was small squared pineapples, They had a bar but it was casual (like one you may find at the bowling alley). The water went out, so I had to go to another hotel. The omelet was nasty and so was the attitude of one of the workers b/f. No room service for 4 nights.

had a 2 day stay , their system partially charged my card at check in . Mind you I’m a gold member I stay at plenty of upscale hiltons . The room I prefer was sold out so I needed somewhere to sleep before my flight . As I’m on the plane I get a voice mail threatening me with legal action to pay remaining balance . I’m on the plane so obviously I can’t call them yet & fix the issue . I had an hr & a half left til landing I get a long email threatening me again !! I respond & let them know I am currently on a plane I will call as soon as I land to fix the issue . They proceed to charge every card I had on file & eventually get the remaining balance . GREAT . But no apology nothing just plain rude ! Treated me like a thief even though their system made the error without my knowledge! I wouldn’t stay here again no member should be treated that way .
