Hôtel City Suites

Had a wonderful time at this hotel. The price and location are absolutely unbeatable. The staff were super nice, professional, and helpful. Theres lots of cool stuff to explore and great food nearby. It felt very safe. We had the most basic economy room and it was totally fine- no light, window looked at a brick wall, pillows could use a refresh. But it worked for us. I wish we had a microwave in the room. Elevator was very small and parking was a garage a block away, but it was clean and serviceable for sure. I would go back.

I was charged a different rate at checkout than the rate I was quoted when I booked the room. I contacted the hotel to correct the discrepancy but they refused to do so. This has never happened to me before. Make sure you review your bill when you checkout!

This hotel is fantastic! I got a great rate, and the service was excellent! Hoai was incredibly helpful and genuinely kind! I know where i'll be staying the next time i come to Chicago.

Rooms were OK. Barely any noise proofing though, I could hear the whole floor under us and above us the next morning so we got zero sleep before checkout. Only plus is the location is great for Lakeview.

Hotel is definitely from the older side but rooms were clean and even though you’re next to trains the noise isn’t really noticeable.
