I highly recommend Hearty Boys Catering. My recent home-based party for 65 people was catered by Hearty Boys, which contributed to the success of the event. The staff were fantastic. So timely, helpful, attentive, gracious, and skilled at their jobs. Nicole Mitchell, the Corporate and Social Event Planner we worked with to develop the menu and staffing plan, was very responsive, cooperative, and supportive. Our guests loved the appetizers and the drinks, and dinner was delicious and well organized. As hosts, we were able to relax and enjoy our party despite having to change around plans for the evening due to rain. Lastly, the staff did a terrific job of cleaning up and leaving my house in great shape. Thank you, Hearty Boys Catering, for a lovely event enjoyed by all!

Big portions, friendly staff, and delicious food! It was so great working with Angie. She's so friendly and extremely insightful. The day after our wedding, we went back to our venue to pick up some stuff and she happened to be there for another walkthrough! We couldn't leave without giving her a big hug for making our night so special. We had multiple compliments about how good the food was, and it also just kept on coming! People said they wanted to eat more but were genuinely too full. Some of our friends who are now planning weddings have said that it's some of the best wedding food they've had and they wanted to know who we used!

Picking Hearty Boys as our caterers was easily one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS - our guests all raved about the food and cocktails. The staff also took such good care of me and my husband, meeting us after our ceremony with drinks in hand and a full plate of appetizers that we got to enjoy during a quiet moment away together, and continuing to check in and bring us food and drinks throughout the evening. My mom and her friends commented on being taken special care of as well, which made me happy! We worked directly with Dan and Angie, who were absolutely lovely through the whole process. Beyond providing fantastic food and bar service, they helped us with our timeline, floor plan, setup and tear down, and countless other details. We wanted to do a few unconventional things in our wedding and right from the start, Dan and Angie paid close attention to our requests and gave us a customized proposal that perfectly matched what we were going for. Their communication was fantastic and they truly made the whole wedding planning process easier. Thank you all so much!!

The food was incredible, the service on the night-of was flawless, and the experience as a whole felt elevated, thoughtful, and deeply personal. They worked with us to honor our budget without compromising on quality, and every interaction felt collaborative and respectful. A huge part of that magic was thanks to Alyson, who was an absolute gem throughout the entire process. From our very first meeting, she wowed us with her attention to detail and thoughtfulness — even incorporating elements from our proposal (like the exact champagne and glassware we used!) into our tasting. She helped us set realistic expectations, mapped out the flow of the day, and offered guidance that made planning feel calm and supported. On the day itself, Alyson was the last person I saw before walking down the aisle — and she made sure I looked perfect. That single moment captures so much of who she is: attentive, composed, and totally invested in making your day feel magical. The Hearty Boys team, and especially Alyson, went far beyond their roles to make sure our wedding was not only beautiful but meaningful. We couldn’t recommend them more.

Finding the right caterer for our wedding was stressful to say the least - we wanted to make sure the food was great, especially if we were allocating the biggest portion of our wedding budget to it. We were very worried ... until we met Alyson at Hearty Boys & did our tasting there. The food is fun and so tasty - packed with flavor and executed perfectly for the big day! Alyson is so kind and made us feel like we were uniquely important to her (even though shes working with dozens of couples at a time). We also have to give a special shout out to Alan - Alan was our dedicated server for the night (which was such a nice touch we weren't expecting) and he took care of all our needs with speed and kindness. I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how incredible our experience with Hearty Boys was. From our initial tasting all the way through our reception day, we were blown away but the quality of service we received from Alyson and her crew. We didn’t do a sit-down dinner for our reception, rather a large grazing table, passed apps, and desserts, and they brought our vision to life in such a beautiful way. On the day of our reception, the Hearty Boys staff delivered my husband and I a large platter of appetizers and a charcuterie board to our bridal suite so we could be sure to eat prior to jumping into the day. The food was all ridiculously good, and we got so many comments from guests about it being the best wedding food they’d ever had! I do need to give a special shoutout to Alyson. She is truly what made our experience spectacular. She was excited, positive, supportive, and so loving and caring throughout the entire process. She made sure the focus was kept on myself and my husband rather than other family members involved in the process. Alyson is an expert in wedding planning as a whole and she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to make our day perfect, from ordering table linens to helping to design our day-of-timeline. We absolutely adore her and I’m finding myself wanting to throw another big bash just so I have an excuse to work with her again!

If you’re looking for a caterer for any event—your search is over! We had the absolute pleasure of working with this team for our wedding in September 2024 and we could not have picked a better catering team!! From the initial inquiry to the our big day—the team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure everything was perfect. The food was delicious and every element (apps at cocktail hour and late night bites) was more than we could have dreamed. They even let us do DIY pop-tarts (and toasted them!) as part of our late night bites at the wedding. Alyson Green is one of the most incredible humans we have ever met and made the whole experience absolutely unforgettable. Yelitza was our day of coordinator and ensured every element was executed to perfection. We are so grateful to the entire team for making our day better than we ever could have imagined!!

The Hearty Boys were absolutely amazing to work with. We had a wedding reschedule and they were so accommodating. Alyson is an absolute rockstar and such a pleasure to work with. The food was important to us for our wedding and the main reason we picked Hearty Boys is because the food was absolutely amazing and delicious. At our wedding, our dessert bar went FAST and I think that speaks to how good they are! As a bride, I feel like I didn't really worry about much because Alyson and her team are a well oiled machine and really handled it all for us!

We used Hearty Boys for our September 2024 wedding, and were so thrilled with the food and service. The food was incredible, and the service was seamless. We had so many guests say it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding, and while we expected a slight decrease in quality than we had at our tasting, it was honestly even BETTER. Our plates at the sweetheart table were so beautifully presented, and it was incredible to look around and see everyone happily scarfing down their food. The HB team was so careful with our guests with dietary restrictions, showing our special people such care and treating them like their own. The food was spectacular, but it was Alyson Green's warmth, positivity, and nurturing energy that really sold us on Hearty Boys. She's in charge of wedding catering and is just a dream to work with. Highly recommend!!!
