Overall below average/did not meet expectations. the room was clean however there were visible areas of paint chipping in both the bathroom and main area. The bathroom door did not close or lock, the handle area was defective. They provided barely enough towels, soap/shampoo. The toilet seat was also broken. In the hallway the ice machine was empty and therefore useless. The hand sanitizer dispensers by the elevator on our floor and in the lobby were both empty. The free breakfast was average and they had run out of biscuits and scrambled eggs when we arrived and they would not refill either. It appeared that management provided the bare minimum in terms of amenities so I was disappointed overall and will not stay there again.

I booked this hotel on a whim without looking at the reviews, and looked after I booked it. I was a little nervous coming here after reading the reviews. But after we pulled up, everything was fine. The parking was not bad and we had no issues with homeless or random people in the parking lot, there’s parking under the building and it is fenced off which was reassuring. The Lobby is really nice and the workers were all really nice and helpful. Check in & out was easy. $100 deposit for the room isn’t bad either. Are the rooms a little outdated? Yes, but they aren’t dirty. There’s a little bit of wear and tear but everything was still clean and the beds were comfortable. TV worked, had a decent view of the White Castle and gas station infront of us. We doordashed food and they were able to deliver our food easily. Elevators worked fine. Water pressure & temp was great in the shower. The area it’s in isn’t really walkable but that wasn’t a big deal for me, we stayed for three days. Honestly had a good stay here with no issues, if you’re looking a decently priced stay that isn’t super fancy this place is really good.

The hotel is located in a rough part of Cincinnati with very limited parking. I would not recommend walking around the area. The rooms were decent, but nothing special. In my opinion, it is worth spending a little extra money for a nicer hotel in a better location. Due to the overall experience, we decided to leave a day early. When we requested an early checkout at 9:00 AM, the hotel still charged us for the additional night. We were told multiple times to call back later so a manager could approve the request, but every time we called we were given the runaround and promised a callback that never happened. We also contacted Expedia, but they advised us there was nothing they could do and that the issue had to be resolved directly with the hotel. This experience put a damper on our vacation. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. Spend a little more and book a better hotel elsewhere.

Rooms are average, slightly subpar to the price but breakfast was absolutely great. Will definitely go back for the breakfast alone.

Location is ran down and disgusting and they will get angry when asked why. They charged my card for one night after kicking me but being rude calling me and my family racial slurs. Then when I called and tried to speak with a manager I was threatened with violence. So now I’m out $110 and they won’t do anything about I will be contacting corporate.

Nice room but the best part you are close to downtown attractions

It was alright, overall a good place to sleep. It is close to the main parts of town. Elevator 3 (the one by itself) was a little sketchy, but you can take either of the other two. Lots of small details need attention, but I'm going to guess that there's more work to do than help, having 11 floors has got to be a beast to manage.
